It's been a long time now since I built this, but I started off with the Element builders kit, then added their 12.8" extension kit, then turned the endlinks out a bit till I had a 13" wheelbase. I have since made custom links to get a 13.5" wheelbase.
I like where you are going with this. I recently won an Element Ecto from Tomley RC over in the U.K., and I kind of want to keep it like a trail truck. I have been thinking of going the LCG route, and I think I will stick with an element builders kit. I already have a HW fusion SE all in one. I bought it for the Ecto, but it really slows the truck down too much for my liking. Anyway, I figure it will be a good fit for an LCG crawler.I will be watching your progress on this build for sure. Semper Fi.
No problem. They are the stock element builders kit shafts, but the rear has the longer aluminum center piece from a night runner. I'll measure them and get back with you.
Originally, it was 12.8 with the nightrunner driveshaft piece. I unscrewed the rod ends to stretch them out and got it up to 13.25. Currently, I'm using custom links I made and the wheelbase is 13.5
Hey man, love your video.. Planning to build also. Can you share your parts like proper links size and shocks and motors? Thanks in advance.

the name of the chassis sounds like someone having a seizure lmao
Hahaha
Can you tell if that can be build 313mm links or 324
Here's what I saved in my notes:
Front uppers-105mm
Front lowers-122mm
Rear uppers-146
Rear lowers-150mm
I have made them much longer now.
