I don’t think so, because for youtube content creation we have to use camera for hours to get the right footage but this phone heats up after using for a long time which can alter the video quality
well if you want to have social media ready photos without doing any editing then go for s23 but after editing pixel photos and videos come out great and for display s23 have even bezels on all 4 sides but pixel 8 have a bit of chin at the bottom otherwise quality wise displays are pretty much the same. and battery is definitely better on pixel 8.

I don't know , if samsung does it intentionally or if it is a hardware problem as my friends also reported the same problem with samsung phones

after updating the phn you can check in photo mode 4:3 ratio in front camera there is flikaring in the display ....i faced that problem .
