My take on what I just watched. A young, good trumpet player who had no idea how to bring the volume down. It appears clear that he was involved in the early discussions, and imo Angelina was giving him a subtle hint that he ought to use that mute. Appears that went right over his head. He wasn't involved after that as I see it.

One of the judges of Norway's Got Talent told later in an interview that they were really amazed when they saw Angelina giving instructions to musicians in the rehearsals. They had already heard her sing "Gloomy Sunday" and they were still wondering that was it just that one song she could do so well or is there much more to her talent. When they saw the rehearsals later, there wasn't any doubt after that anymore that is was not just a one song.

Angelina certainly knew they way it should be. Cleary influenced by Luis Armstrong, she directed the trumpet entry into the song. When she sang this in the final it was a hugh step up from the other songs. This story was something she understood well, from personal experience. Meeting that girl on the street that she wrote about in her book made her realize just how privileged she was and how important family is.

I don't think this is a rehearsal for NGT. I think it is the rehearsal for the charity event when she sang At Last ...I'm not sure if they did both songs at that event or just chose At last, as that's the only one we see...I believe that is the same trumpeter as she had on NGT though...there's another vid of the At Last part of this rehearsal session (she still had her pink sweater on)...I think they discussed how the trumpeter would do the break as Angelina couldn't get to the bottom notes in the key they were doing it in...she then tried (the "one of these days" part) and the guitarist acknowledged the need for the trumpet solo in that bit.
The videos don't usually come with much information. I appreciate your comment Graham , it helps to know . In fact I'd like to play the performance after showing the rehearsals if I could figure it out. In the few times I've been able to do that there is a constant movement towards the final performance , working out the kinks. The performance is always perfect in my mind but it got there through this rehearsal process. I love watching how Angelina interacts with the Adults in such a nice way. But she knows what she wants. The reason why you feel you are blocking Angelina with your frame is because you make hers the full screen one and yours the small frame, while most reactors do the opposite, since we have seen those videos dozens of time I personally prefer to have the reactor on full screen and her video on a smaller frame somewhere else.
If can figure out how to do that Maybe I'll give it a try HaHa !!! I felt lucky to figure out how to do this . I'll look into it. There are lot's of buttons to push that I haven't explored yet. Thanks for your comment GG I welcome your thoughts Peace Love and Kindness Steve
