Old Boy Scout trick - With the antenna in place at the top of the mast and using something like the sky hook (I have a similar 3d printed one) lie the mast down, take two of the guy ropes/tent pegs and spread them out just wide enough that they're a little longer than the base of the mast, raise the mast and pull the two guy ropes taught (tension holds the mast upright), anchor the third rope/peg. Goes up in about 15 seconds.

I've used that technique too, I have another one to share as well. Stay tuned.

Those rope rollers make it a cinch, especially for the knot impaired. Love that one rope system.

I went to Fleet Farm and picked up the long fishing pole like this mast. Going to try it this summer.
I've heard the last tip section is fragile on the fishing pole.

Probably is, a good trick for that is to collapse it down one or more sections and glue it in - reenforces it and makes it so you don't forget.

love the 1 rope idea ! have to try that. I have both DX commander 10 meter mast. the green one is a expedition antenna. need to get that ham stop and roller cams . great for my POTA kit. Bugs getting bad in NY as well. very damp spring now 90F day. lots of cell phones dropping calls internet lag even my internet acting weird. some pages load just fine. others wont load pic's or a odd error and hit refresh and loads fine. some you tube video's lag and drop video rez to 480 DPI and others do 1080P or 4K fine.my cell carrier telling me solar storms effecting areas of our coverage . this is the same on Ham radio bands . getting reports part of Canada power grid down due to solar storm . I got the Home Depot orange tant stakes . work just fine. I am not Shure of Ham Stop being all metal and touching DX commander antenna wires. I use the black plastic clamp in kit. I fallowed Callum's instructions and works SUPER ! some times we read directions first . 73's
