- Hello♡ Today we will be unboxing the new TXT official version 2 Lightstick! Let’s unbox it together!! I can’t believe it’s almost five years since TXT released their first lightstick!! I was so excited when this lightstick came out and as a MOA, I knew I had to get it. I was nervous on how it would look but thankfully HYBE did not change much and kept much of the original design, which was very appreciated by the fans. So yeah! let’s get to it and let’s also go ahead and compare it to the version 1 lightstick! :)

What I liked:
- they did not remove the telescopic grip
- find moa is still there
- AAA, finally! (we can buy a rechargeable battery)
- the cross part is removable ( I already see the endless designs that we can use to make it extra pretty)
What I am sad about:
- no more button sounds, and the colors!
- they removed tomorrow by together on the cross and moments of alwayness on the strap
- no more together mode
Overall, I am still happy with it. It looks pretty and it is like a matured version of the moabong v1.
What is together mode? I just want to buy the ver 2
I'm so happy they kept the design! It looks so prettyy!!!
But the button 😢 I like the color on the ver 1
i like the new design but it seems so…. hybe-fied… like, there’s no life in it. them erasing the txt logo was fine, but draining the color for the buttons? nonetheless!!! im excited to see what the community can do to spice up the new lightstick!!!!
I was also sad to see the colors go🥲 same thing happened to the Seventeen’s beautiful lightstick! but yes I totally agree! I’m sure MOAs will find ways to bring more character to the lightstick! I like to think of as a white canvas!🎨 at least that how I saw my Enhypen lightstick which I decorated!✨

i agree-it lost the life and the character of txt themselves! i think the original showcased how “colorful” the boys are, it showed the fun nature of the group and their unique concepts and their “it factor” that separates them from other groups. I like the new design, but it really just looks like any other hybe group lightstick 😔
I ordered mine and my girlfriends the other day, I can’t wait to unbox them with her! Thank you!!
i love both versions however im so sad about how the new version lost the fun childlike character that was present in the first version. I like how it looks very sleek and mature, but i wouldve loved for some more color 😭

I’m going to TXT concert in June. What version of the lightstick do you recommend me buying??
Soo I definitely recommend ver 2 because Hybe stated that Ver 1 lightsticks won’t work in concerts after mid 2024 which is this year! Ver 1 might still work by June but for safe bet get the Ver 2! Also congrats on getting tickets! I hope you fun!!😁💗

Oh yes, so for the “beads” I bought Sheets of Self Adhesive Pearl Stickers! As for the bottom of the handle I put on a Self Adhesive Rhinestone sticker sheet :) I hope this helped!♡

Thank you so much for this! Im going to d1 in ny and I was making sure that my soon to be purchase of ver 2 wont disappoint me so i know what features it would have(i never got the first one sadly) I was wondering if it has bluetooth connection to MVs and/or spotify songs? Thank you!
Np!! I hope this helped! About the Bluetooth connection.. I don’t think it has that feature sadly, you can only manually change the color and mode via the app. It will only connect for songs once at the concert :)

HEY!! dyk what the measurements would be for it by any chance ?! at least of the head…
So I went to Weverse to check for measurements! This is what it says :
The ver 1 is: 239*100*50 (in mm)
The ver 2 is: Approx. 10.7*7.8*23.1 (in cm)

I totally get you! But if you plan to go to a TXT concert soon get the VER 2 but if you don’t think you’ll be going anytime soon then go ahead and buy the VER 1 and then later you if you ever do go to a concert buy the VER 2 then! I hope this helps! :)

I personally like ver 1 tbh, ver 2 is like the same thing but a little more boring… and I miss the cute colors on the buttons, and the sound it makes when you turn it on. And if I get ver 2 I’ll def use my ver 1 strap bc a love that it says moments of alwaysness on it😖

I’m heading to the TXT tour in June and was curious to see what the version 2 light stick looked like and it looks amaizng! (Rip the Moments of Alwaysness strap🥲🫡)
I gotta ask, what does the QR code on the bottom do?
I’m not sure but I think the QR code is used to identify the Lightstick for if you ever need to return or exchange it.
