Nice, now we have the clan confirmed! Honestly it's really the best fit, after all the Nosferatu would have extensive knowledge on all others, now the only question is what will the narrator want in return for all this knowledge shared?

I know I'm replying to a two year comment BUT in the opening videos, when the fledgling turns into a fugly haemorrhoid, the sire is seen to be a toreodor (disguised). It's only when they're on stage and lacroix is looking to F them up that they turn into their normal self. Imagine waking up that face :D

I realized something, and it's that the recent pandemic actually provides more cover for Nosferatu to appear in public now that wearing a face mask isn't considered too weird in most Western countries. I know Obfuscate always existed, but sometimes you don't wanna waste that blood.

The idea of a centuries old Nosferatu, who has fully Embraced being a vampire, and has long existed and survived, and when discussing the history of his clan is still tired of European Colonizers and White People had me floored

@@LoreByNightVtM Ok, this might get a little philosophical. I noticed a pattern where western people (of a certain political background and class status) who say things like "fucking white people" rarely know the distinction between different ethnicities that are included in that particular group and use such, or similar terms freely. Therefore, they would like to brand all white people as some entity who needs to share a sort of "collective guilt" for the things that several colonial powers (and some states in the new world) did. As a dude who lives in a Balkan crap country that went from being Ottoman slaves (14th-19th century), AXIS camp residents (WW2) and communist playthings (post WW2) to being just a shithole (now), I don't understand why term "white people" was never actually modified in the west (to, I don't know, "fucking colonizers" or something), because certain white groups actually had a shit time in history. Btw, I won't play coy, I know what you meant, you weren't talking about Lithuanians or Bulgarians. It's just, "woke people" often use such phrases rather freely, without actually thinking on the matter. Btw, I was joking in the comments, it was not a political statement or anything. Important notice - I am actually curious on what you think, it's not my goal to antagonize or flame anyone in the comments. (and sorry for bad English)
You're English was fine, and I am aware of most of what you said. I am just used to it be used in that oh-so familiar negative context, so I am glad I was wrong there.
Come 4:40 the music volume starts taking over the video, causing the vocal audio to be muddied. After 6:00 it becomes sporadic. You really do not need music for videos such as this.

I'm pretty sure that the tragic "love story" between Absimiliard and Arikel was just made up by a bored prankster trying to stir up some unnecessary tension between the clans. Even if I was a Toreador (I've played as a Toreador before but, according to the official clan quiz, I'm Malkavian), I wouldn't stoop as low as making a complete mockery of my clan and its rival(s). Besides, what would those two Antediluvians see in each other? If what I've read online is correct, Arikel would most likely be too busy admiring her masterpieces to pay any attention to Absimiliard!

I hate toreadors I honestly don't see how anyone can get into a relationship. And stand someone with that massive of an ego. Well then again there is the camarilla And they do fit right in.

@@LoreByNightVtM as ive been listening to your videos I actually have started evolving the idea to a Tzimisce. I was thinking that, more or less, I was a bit of a...unique and borderline sociopath who a Toriadore had grown interested in. As a human I drew incredibly twisted human visages that made even the Nosferatu look beautiful in comparison. Knowing that my art could not be perfected through normal means they more or less paid a Tzimisce to embrace me so that way I may begin flesh sculpting my twisted ideas into reality. Apon my character learning of Nosferatu they became nearly obsessed with them finding them to be inspiring to the point that my character may become...uncomfortably friendly towards them. The kind that would make even the creepiest of Toriadores cringe. My obsession and lack of interest in what my technical... "Owner?" I suppose owner would work... Found beautiful caused my character and their Toriadore benafactor to have a falling out and with my Tzimisce sire wanting to keep my creation from being discovered I more or less was forced to join the Nosferatu hiding myself by twisting my visage into an equally or even more disgusting form than what can usually be found. My character would be an impropperly embraced vampire so it is likily that the Camarilla would prefer me dead but so long as I keep quiet and useful to the Nosforatu it is likily I can survive. Besides. I basically am obsessed with making people into Cleopatras and since I can do so without turning them into vampires I make for the perfect tool for them to get revenge against humans who see themselves in too bright a light.

Considering Absimilard's current whereabouts and what he has done in his use of the Nictuku, he absolutely was a vain creature that became vindictive and cowardly toward Zilla for possibly the smallest of scars on his once fair face and the deeper psychological shame that he will never be stronger than her nor Caine. A paranoia that became infinitely worse once he became so hideous he can only live in oceanic trenches, scared the moment he leaves the current dark hole and hasn't killed off the rest of the Nosferatu, that Dark Father will turn him into uggo calamari. Never able to accept his failures in unlife are his own fault, always blaming everything else and whimpering in a crevice if they are stronger than he. Absimilard is possibly the worst and most embarrassing of example of an Antediluvian, given competition in Saulot or the Eldest in terms of wickedness and unending shame by Cappodocious who foretold his own downfall back when he was actually a mage of renown before the embrace turned him into an old fool.

Like the Garou, other changing breeds, Their gifts and other characteristics, Totem spirits and relics of power, crafting of relics, Rites, Spirit world, rituals, Pentex, Fomory, Wyrm,Weather,Gaia, etc.
Each Tribe has notable personalities like the Black spiral dancers have Zhyzhak, the best depiction of her is of her wearing cloth and thorny vambraces like a barbarian with a black thorn whip while holding a decapitated head in her left hand, much better than her other depictions of her wearing S&M like garments, the depiction i spoke of can be seen in W20 Book of the Wyrm.

That love story has all the mind melting vision and details of a Malkavian prank. And judging from the pain you are feeling telling it, a very potent one at that.

I recently came up with an idea. What if the 'love story' route for Absimiliard was really that of a ghoul who became the first Nos. After all ghouls 'love' their Domitors. What if Arikel was Absimiliard's Domitor, he got hit with the realization and broke free. Possibly disfiguring himself on purpose so that Arikel wouldn't want him. He got smart and got embraced becoming something that Arikel couldn't or wouldn't control. If the love story is the case it is likely a ghoul-vampire relationship and very unhealthy. I do not care for the love story version but it is, intriguing, to say the least.

I wonder how the Nosferatu view “less” ugly members of the clan. Like Belinde Butch the prince of Copenhagen. With her hardened unmoving face and lack of nails and other human features she is a masquerade breach. However she’s still pretty, well when looking at her as a mannequin. Or members who may only have a hideous face, so simply have to hide their head.
I have one question that keeps me thinking. During character creation you can take flaw called Monstrous. It makes your look so ugly and frightening that even other Nosferatu find it difficult to contact with you. My player chose this flaw and he plays Nosferatu. Where exacly is the border between "acceptable" and "really ugly" in this clan ?
Feel that is more a conversation between and the player, as this could potentially be more a personality/RP thing more. I am also not sure if Nosferatu were meant to take this flaw but my memory is hazy 😅
