How to measure agbada, kaftan, trouser and cap(exact body measurements without allowance)

Good evening.... I have been sewing g for sometime now... I have never taken my sleeve measurement from the center of the shoulder measurement.... My question is how do you apply that particular measurement when cutting your cloth?
