  • The US Military is full of all kinds of people, places, and jobs. On "Experiences May Vary" Airman Brittni Capozzi travels around the Rhode Island National Guard to learn more about guardsmen and the jobs they do.
In this episode SrA Capozzi spent some time with the 143d Airlift Squadron where she learned what it takes to be loadmaster on a C-130J, and got a taste of some of the great experiences loadmasters have.

Good job. Served as a C-130 Instructor Loadmaster for 26 years flying E and H model 130s. Looks like with no flight engineer on the new J models that the Load's duties have expanded. I loved the work and would do it again.

One might presume that the USAF and the reserves no longer consider weight standards a priority?
