You really need to figure life out. First of all, ASMR makes people tired/sleepy. Second, you are using an electronic device while watching it.

I love these types of asmr videos when the person doing the video does it soft spoken and whispering... especially with her asmr videos. Her voice is sooo calming and helps a lot with my anxiety
