Being a videographer, you should look into the bbu competition hosted by shxn and chezam. This particular competition encouraged the beatboxers to make music videos and use effects to the track to make it sound produced. The only requirement was that if you do alter beats is that it has to be able to be reproduced by 1 person at once.
Second3d. It was really interesting to watch them progress in the video production as it went on. Everyone saw the Dropical joint and it escalated quickly. Lol

The complexity and layers is my favorite thing about beatboxing.
In the simplest sense, theres 3 main ways to make sounds. (Lips, Tongue, Vocal Folds)
Then beatboxers develop variations of these sounds. Most importantly Inwards variations.
Vocodah is an EXPERT in the many variations of Inwards bass, many of which he probably pioneered at this point xD
Vocodah has a sick sound set for sure. Doesn’t make my favorite music but he’s amazing. Check out River - My Way.

I think you'd like D-Low. He has a bunch of tracks like Sing a Little Harmony and and Bone Dust and a more freestyle type vid called Sound Sketch.
For more musical tracks Hiss collaberated with three French bbxers (Alexinho, River' and Colaps) on a track called If Only and with Alexinho on a Drum'n'Bass track Who Cares (that has some cool, subtle video effects).
