Yeah I agree, I was trying a slightly different grove for low bar. I think on the reps I tried to go lower only my torso went lower, not my but. Thanks for the feed back coach.
@@joshuavd5194 Just nitpicking here but it looks to me like you're unracking the bar at one rack level too high for your height. This can stop you from getting a tight low bar setup. If you unrack a bit lower you'll be able to brace your core nicely and get real tight + maintain it while you unrack and walk out.
From this angle it looks a bit marginal although we really need a side on view to see properly. I think these would get red lights in some feds.
