Wake up Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this talented man deserves to be in it 💕
He should have been one of the first.
We dont depend on hall of fame
...pop Hall of Fame, maybe? They should make one
Neil Sedaka is the only one artist of 82 years that is still around . not even the Rolling Stones.make him a real hero.hall of fame is deserved.
Sedaka is not a relic, he is a CLASSIC! A first class performer!
Never get enough of Neil Sedaka - Thank you.
He’s a powerhouse of music, charm and class…
Many performers late in their career merely go through the motions on stage for a paycheck. Not Neil. He never takes an audience for granted and always gives the best he has.
I've seen this so many, many, many times. Seeing Neil come out and just glow, still have character in his voice and personality, was refreshing. It felt organic, not like someone on autopilot who didn't want to be there.
Mr Sedaka, you have been incredible to perform your mini concerts every day during the past 9 months. I love your voice, your idea in doing this for everyone and you have shown the way in which a true artist is 'thankful.'
Living Legend
Wow, Neil is a national treasure. Great melodies that stand the test of time. Thank you.

Fantastic performer and music❤️❤️
Loving this concert. You are still sounding great. Love the mini concerts you do on RUclips as well.
Stay strong!! Keep making and performing! I also really enjoy your mini concerts!
It has really helped me with dealing with covid! Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!!!
I have the virus now, for the second time, and it's as bad or worse than they say. Neil Sedaka's brilliant songs are the best medicine by far! Much appreciated as I take death on by the horns and do battle.
They are indeed. Have seen Neil Sedaka perform twice in London some years ago - superb.
I do hope you are fully recovered now. A horrible experience (colleagues have been ill). I hope you are in good cheer too.
Hope you recovered from the virus OK.
@@richarddubois5226 Thanks for asking, Richard. Yes indeed! I am fully recovered from the virus. It does give one another perspective on life and made me a more loving and forgiving person. (I had something called long covid after, which kept me from moving very much for many months after recovering from the disease itself. Thankfully friends pitched in and saw me through the whole ordeal. ) When I hear about folks who refuse to be vaccinated, I say a prayer and hope they don't have young children.
Adversity to me, Richard, has always been an opportunity. And that recent brush with death was no exception.
Be well.
My father went to high school with Neil
That would mean he also went to school with Hank Medress who went on to produce Tony Orlando's great hits. Actor Harvey Keitel was there around the same time. Neil Diamond graduated a few years later and sportscaster Marv Albert graduated the year after Diamond Actor Lou Gossett, Jr. graduated a few years before Sedaka did from Lincoln. How about this one. Songwriter Mort Shuman graduated around the same year as Sedaka from Lincoln. Along with his co-writing partner Doc Pomus, he wrote "A Teenager in Love", "Turn Me Loose", "This Magic Moment", "Save The Last Dance For Me", "Little Sister", "Can't Get Used to Losing You", "(Marie's the Name) His Latest Flame", "Viva Las Vegas" and "Sweets for My Sweet".
Hi Mr S... thank you for sharing your songs. .from Gold Coast Queensland Australia ✌ ✌ 👏 👏 💞 ...

Great song writer and piano player .
...único e inimitable¡¡¡
if only elvis were alive today
O melhor
i am almost 70, seen many performers, for me personally, thers only 2 performers who can play, sing and compose
1 Neil Sedaka 2 Glen Campbell.
Bill von Ravensberg is the bass player. Also played with Tom Jones for many years in the 1980s.
Thank you so much! I'll add him to the description
His mini concerts for the virus are truely GEMS-he has not lost a thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This concert sounds awful, he is drowned out, his home piano is better, salute to Basil his bird
Neil's daily mini-concerts are my first go-to every day.
Sedaka is hot as ever!!!
I remember Molly Bee.
I love everything Neil dies, but his management needs to get his clothes fitted, way to big for him, he’s a star and should look like it.
Where is dara
Why are such great shows being footed only by fans cellphones?
Are video crews so expensive to hire nowadays?
Yes, they actually are pretty expensive - it's a lot of personnel and labour. Not just cameras, you have to change the lighting (to work well for cameras), do a lot of video editing, audio mixing, and other post-production to get a quality product. Plus you have to pay and get permission from all the band members, songwriters, rights holders, etc. If the cost isn't likely to break even or turn profit on DVD sales or streaming revenue, it's not likely to happen.
What is the song Neil Sedaka starts to sing at 27:10 please? :)
The song is called “YOU”, such a beautiful song!
who's the lovely backing vocal
Jennifer Somo. She's sang with Sedaka since 2004
@@bandguy7801 oh thankyou
Who’s the blond lady singer?
Her name is Jennifer Somo she has a beautiful voice.
@@veronicaorlando1562 thanks for that. I’ll see if she’s got anything on RUclips
Petula Clark

@Cyrild Well, when we get to choose our parents, firstly then u prolly could try that one! But otherwise youll have to just settle for his air hugs n kisses, LOL!
I have been a big fan since buying my first album in 1973, been to 3 concerts in England and bought every new album that was made available, sadly watching this 2020 show Neil is now struggling to sing in tune, and forgot the words to "alone at last". Neil is a lovely man , but I now think it is time he retired from show business and enjoy the rest of his life with his family.
Agree with you Steve.Seen Neil many times and it's sad hearing him struggle to hit the notes.
@@vijayhoodoo9808 exactly?! When someone such as he, who has been singing, writing songs, studied piano at Julliard, hang it up? If you live and breathe music, you will do it until your last breath. That is dedication and absolute love for the art! The moment you stop moving and stay stagnant, is the day you stop living. Neil, you're a legend!!
STEVE HARRIS we should all do as well at 80.
CeeCee I totally agree with you. I think Neil does a wonderful job. How could he be singing out of tune he’s a classically trained pianist. Neil has been doing mini concerts on you tube now since April and each time he sings and plays the piano he gets better with age.
Could have done without the girl singer. He does not need backup. She ruins the songs.
