here is the thing I am born and raised here in australia but visit family in india.one thing i have notice since the olympics with the vast migration from the asian, and sub continent countries the food has improved drastically. previously it was suited to the meat and three veg attitude , with the visit to the RSL Chinese and pizza hut as a special outing

@@Angelicwings1 the spice level was not uncomfortable at all and very well balanced. I do think you can ask for more though if that something you prefer and they’d happily accommodate
@@fomoyolotraveloh I am happy with whatever heat they tend to have in Thailand. I don’t want whitened down version. So whatever is authentic I will try.
Sydney is very lucky we have a high population of Chinese / Thai / Indian so we get fantastic authentic dishes, Chinese food is dying off, Vietnamese / Malaysian and especially Thai is taking over, it has a different fresher taste than Chinese food.
