I had the same problem with sleep. It is a light insomnia phase caused by many things, like stress. Just don't force yourself to sleep, because it will only get worse. Do something you find relaxing and it'll come naturally.

We have a 1st Amendment in this country which protects people’s right to speech you might not like. I am quite sure I would disagree with you on many things, but I would never tell you that you don’t have a right to your opinions.
I do Facebook, that’s it. I can’t imagine have TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, etc, etc, etc. I can’t even keep up with Facebook, and I keep my likes and friends low.

She has such a chill vibe and is so relatable. Plus she has matured so much lately and I love how she speaks about the fact that she struggles with normal teen things and the fact that she took a break from instagram just shows how she has grown.
I’m so proud of her. She has grown so well and displays so much positivity no matter what
tips for your insomnia:
- don’t use your phone 30 min before going to sleep (ex: do your skincare and brush your teeth)
- turn off all your lights (maybe not your night lights)
- play sleep music, look some up on RUclips and I swear you’ll sleep like a baby
- if that doesn’t work, then when your going to sleep, get in a comfortable position, and don’t think about anything, just make your thoughts disappear and focus on your breathing (follow the 4-7-8 breathing technique)

yes!!! one of the things I use every single night and makes me sleep so good is you relax each of your body parts one at a time. for example, your toes, your foot, your ankles, and then just work your way up. and if i still can’t sleep i watch asmr videos. tell me if these help!!💛💛💛

Kenzie is the most relatable influencer tho. I love how she's still acting like a normal teenager like us and not afraid of sharing her thoughts. I can literally never sleep not even since I was little. Recently though, something that I found relaxing and helps me fall asleep quicker is playing a podcast, the news, or relaxing music. Asmr also sometimes works for me too :)

Sleep with a fan on!!! It helps so much and sleep close to the wall. Some people are different with sounds so if you want which I do is fall asleep to tv show or music!! Love you kenz❤️😘
For that sleeping thing you asked about, I also have that problem and basically what I do is I just open my eyes really wide and then close them. For some reason then I can't open my eyes again so, I fall asleep.

definitely try meditation before bed. i had the same problem where i couldn’t fall asleep but if you do like a 10 min meditation in your bed right before you go to sleep it works wonders!

Most of the time the reason I can't sleep is because I have too many thoughts in my head! Try to journal or write everything down (with a pencil and paper) and keep writing until you've gotten it all out. Once that clears your mind, sleeping gets easier!
