Authorized Ford is a failure

This video is an outburst of the non-compliance or failure to solve problems made by the authorized dealer of Ford. After several consultations with various mechanical and keychains, I decided to go to an authorized Ford, where he has trained mechanics for her, sure that would solve the car problem, even being sure that they would charge more.
Turns out they did not solve my problem, or why they did not want, or why they did not know (that's what most seemed).
Even though I am a layman in the subject because I'm not mechanical I'm just a curious, I did extensive research on the Internet, I've been studying electrical schematics of the Ford Fiesta and effort, just solving the problem alone.
For friends who go through this, I show here how I solved the problem that prevented the car run due to an open circuit that did not allow the electronic locking system (PATs) to release the running engine.
