I know this is an old video but it’s the top door to roof rubber seals. I had the same problem. Spray silicone on the inside of the seal when the doors open. And it’s gone! It lubricates it and stops the sound and the door will open all the way.
The RTV all over the door hinge area is factory. The sound is likely caused by the door seals which are riveted to the top of the door. Try spraying some silicone lubricant on them.
My pass door sags during the cold and needs help that last bit. When the weather warms they are both peppy.IMO its not a issue at all.Back in the day the torsion rods were impossible to find so we always set them on the loose side.Eventually a passenger will pop the door and have it spring up catching them in the face.Make sure the torsion bar is not rubbing the door at 1.57.Looks dry so spray in some teflon not wd40.There is a pin in that pivot.verify its not moving and lubed.

Everbody in the comments say they had a DeLorean. I had no idea they were this common!

Man, the doors are so finicky. It could almost be a door alignment issue or maybe it is, as you mentioned, just some rubber rubbing together.
Aren't those doors built with torsion bars, the hydraulic Rams are just for smoothness
