I was able to install everything correctly by following all your steps. After creating the 3 folders (Face, Result, Target) and placing faces and videos in the folders, the Rope Next00 software doesn't load the faces in the 'Face' folder, as if it doesn't recognize the faces, while the Target folder works fine... Do you have any advice? Maybe I made a mistake. I used Rope Development... Thank you!

10 . its because you might use different python version . like if software need 3.10.11 and you use 3.10.8 it will have errors you need to use exactly same version
