2021 Matchbook Red Gravel Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Video Tasting and Review

This is a hopefully fun wine video (watch until the end) review and wine tasting of a 2021 Matchbook Red Gravel Cabernet Sauvignon (13.9%) from Zamora, California, USA. From the Matchbook family of wines these are a safe and affordable series of red wines that will appeal to the majority. Tasting notes: full boded with primary notes of cherries and blackberries. Nice sweetness level with a hint of tannins (dry) and chocolate. This vintage is a bit brighter than the 2020 vintage. On Vivino this wine has a 3.7/5 rating but i'd say it's closer to a 3.8-3.9/5.
