What if the physician orders Heparin 5 units/kg SQ. Resident weighs 165lbs. How many units is that? What's the formula to calculate that? Thankyou!

First convert 165 lbs to Kg
165/2.2 = 74.8 Kg =75 Kg
Then 5 X 75 = 375 units
