Bahut achha suspence wala film hai. Har waqt audience ko poore film se baandhe rakha. Har agle scenes ke liye logon ki jigyasa banaye rakha ki aage kya hone wala hai. Set-up aur lightings ka jabardast combination aur jahan tak acting ki baat hai to uska koi jawaab nahin. Wayse bhi Sadhna ji aur Manoj Kumar ji ka koi saani nahi. Story ka climax 👌jo ki poore film ke last mein logon ko pata chal pata hai. Gaane 👌 ek achha manoranjan. 👍

Fantastic suspense. Old is gold.Sadhana ji was so beautiful. Both Sadhana and Manoj Kumar acted brilliantly. Above all songs sung by Lata Ji are beautiful. These songs will always remain classic. The more we hear, the more we hear the more we love the songs and will always be loved. These suspense movies are much better than the movies made now.

Have no words to praise the script, suspense, ambience a d most importantly the performances given by beautiful legendary actress Sadhana and one of the handsome actors Manoj Kumar.... every song of this movie is a gem. In that time when movies were made in black and white colour, the film makers have really put efforts and hardwork to deliver such an iconic and one of the early psychological suspense of Bollywood. Totally worth watching. Loved it❤❤❤
I came here after watching suggested list of Deeksha sharama and truly it is one of the best thriller movie of Indian cinema. Even today's date movie cannot match it story line was Awsome just love it ❤

In that year she must get the " film fare award " . but some lobybaaz bad persons never valued and wanted ,this beautiful and talented Lady ,never get her true value in.Indian film industry..... Sadhana was also unhappy at the end of last days of her life, with sorrownesses for this injustice with her carrier, we are all Sadhana fans all over the world.. Watching it for the first time on youtube, 58 yrs after its release, though i have heard songs uncountable numbers of times in my childhood.. Movie is awesome, keeps one hooked till. Climax.. Hard to imagine that conspiracy against doctor was going on since beginning amd he didnt predict any, also home servant madhav came. Out of syllabus portion, even he was involved in crime.. I have no words for simply beautiful sadhna ji, she is perfect in each angle and also portrays the reflection of indian bahu of 1950s.. 🙏 loved watching it.. In my opinion all such old films should be colorised by the film industry

Such an amazing thriller ! The storyline especially the climax part was way ahead of its time. And the songs are too good, 'Naina Barse' and 'Lag Jaa Gale' will remain my all time favorites. A really watchworthy movie.❤
Such a fantastic movie. Sadhana looks so bewitchingly ,so hauntingly beautiful, plus she's so graceful in her walk and movements, she seems to float at times , also her voice is so soft and low pitched. The songs are all legendary, especially "Lag ja gale" which is an absolute masterpiece.

Great performances by Sadhna ji ! Even Helen was too good in her brief role. Apart from the great script of Dhruva Chatterjee, Madan Mohan did splendid job with his evergreen compositions.
Lilting!! Have tears in my eyes at the disbelief of such a voice ! And to top it, Sadhana❤! And this happens everytime i hear it , even without watching it!

Watching it for the first time on youtube, 58 yrs after its release, though i have heard songs uncountable numbers of times in my childhood.. Movie is awesome, keeps one hooked till. Climax.. Hard to imagine that conspiracy against doctor was going on since beginning amd he didnt predict any, also home servant madhav came. Out of syllabus portion, even he was involved in crime..
I have no words for simply beautiful sadhna ji, she is perfect in each angle and also portrays the reflection of indian bahu of 1950s.. 🙏 loved watching it.. In my opinion all such old films should be colorised by the film industry

यह मूवी 1966 में पहली बार देखा. उन दिनों "साधना cut" बहुत popular हुवा था. मगर "लग जा गले के ये फिर ये हसीं रात हो न हो" यह मदनमोहन जी का संगीत तथा लता जी आवाज मे गीत आज तक का मोस्ट पॉपुलर गाना रह चूका है.
आज भी गीतप्रेमी ये गाने की कोशिश(या जुर्रत) करता तो सुननेवाले कद्रदान उसके लिये जगह कर दे बडे मगन होकर गाना सुनते है.

Such an amazing thriller ! The storyline especially the climax part was way ahead of its time. And the songs are too good, 'Naina Barse' and 'Lag Jaa Gale' will remain my all time favorites. A really watchworthy movie.❤

Such a fantastic movie. Sadhana looks so bewitchingly ,so hauntingly beautiful, plus she's so graceful in her walk and movements, she seems to float at times , also her voice is so soft and low pitched. The songs are all legendary, especially "Lag ja gale" which is an absolute masterpiece.
