Also Di just to offer another perspective ik you mentioned wanting to ‘trim’ again one thing to consider is how happy & vibrant you’ve been in Dubai might’ve also had something to do with (perhaps) having a more relaxed and enjoyable relationship w/ food. In my experience when I look back the moments where my anxiety was really high and I was feeling quite isolated/alone were the moments when I restricted food more and exercised in a way I wasn’t properly nourished for, yet somehow I was unable to see how much of a difference just enjoying food as more than macros made for my everyday anxiety. Not trying to impose at all! just offering another perspective bc I wish I had someone to tell me this-it gave me so much clarity, confidence and freedom from anxiety. I got to a place when I decided freedom from that anxiety and enjoying my life was what I wanted more than anxiety over small differences that most ppl don’t even notice ( but I grew up in a highly critical household lmao which I’m realizing is the source of my learned anxiety not my body, mind or self) Lol that was a lot...
