As always, great videos. My wife & I take care of Section 5.2--Rock Creek Trailhead to Kenosha Pass. I LOVE watching videos & hearing how people enjoy our little section of paradise. Pro tip for those going over the 10-mile Range. Stay in Breckenridge 2 nights. Instead of starting on the Breck side, take the bus to Copper Mountain 1st thing in the morning. Hike from Copper to Breck. You save about 500 feet of climbing. To start back up the next morning, take the bus back to Copper Mountain.
That Breck to Copper Mtn section was the toughest up to that point. Slackpacking with the bus was a big help, although we went the opposite of your suggestion because we didn’t know any better at the time.
Thanks for another nice vlog and section-hike wrap-up. 😁 I would have thought you'd be out there for several weeks w/ the cost of travel these days. Oh well, the trail is not going anywhere and you'll be sure to enjoy more of it when you return.
Jon, thanks for your videos. I hope to do the CO trail sometime, and may have to section it also. Hopefully I will see you finish it in the next couple of years. Good luck.
Thank you for taking us along! I can't wait for August 2024 when I am planning to hike it 😀

Loved the video's ... inspired me to get out :-) thanks. I am curious to hear how you experience with the Polycryo went as a footprint.
I like the Polycryo. Probably better at keeping the tent clean than protecting it though.
I love your videos! Cutting down the background music volume would make them perfect.
Yeah, I think I’ve been leaving the volume way too high. It should be subtle and not draw any attention.
