What does this mean? Is there some change of logo that is scheduled? That is the only way that there would be any sense in calling the text style the "penultimate", which means "next-to-last".

Secondly, the phrase "on offer" is common in British English, but not American English. The speaker has an American accent, so it's weird that he would use that phrase -- he also uses it incorrectly, by saying "on offer*ing*"
