My girl Ghost Belle won’t be getting much rest. I have been maining her for 2-3 years now to beat or counteract decks like Drytron, Tri-Brigade- cancelling out Revolt, Virtual World and even against Striker to hit their plays around Raye. She will be doing a lot of work this time round with the likes of Fire King being around. Ghost Belle, imo has been extremely under appreciated over the last few years.
Im main decking droll and I don’t plan to cut it any time soon. The card folds fire king, mannadium, and even ace against certain hands. It also runs over alot of rogue decks.
Mixture of both, I only find Droll to be high impact enough to stop the Populis play which lets them go giga plus. I'll be siding Ghost Belle and Ash for certain match ups.
Still prefer board breakers for sure. Some high impact hand traps like droll are necessary, but decks are still only getting more and more consistent, prosperity is at 3, and people will still hit you with the triple tactics cards because they know people are going to play hand traps, and sure i might cut off their best line of play, but they can just rip away mine alike. And let's face it... going second most hand traps are ass to draw as a 6th...but that droplet or that lava golem feel sooooo good lol. Preventing a full end board doesnt necessarily feel much better than being able to shut off the field, and then just worry about something in the hand or gy... that's what it was like dealing with decks like tear and their shufflers too i guess. But to each their own
I don’t understand how y’all be winning with 9-12 handtraps. I play 15+ and still don’t draw them enough to not get blown out going 2nd. One handtrap is almost never enough if your opponent opened playable, and people frequently play through 2+ handtraps. I study very closely the chokepoints to hit and I still have this issue.
And with 12+ Handtraps chances are high that you draw 2 or more of them so if you dont habe enough 1-card starter you're screwed 🤷♂️ the magic is to have the right Handtraps and enough of them to stop your opponent as good as possible but still get enough engine cards to start your own combo or OTK. So you see it highly depends on luck
if you play 12 in a 40 card deck it's roughly 50% chance where you'll see 2 or more them. You can play more but the opportunity cost goes up as it also increases the chance of you seeing more than 3 which is potentially very detrimental going first; you don't want to be passing after eating 1 handtrap. There's a degree of luck involved but in the end you just have to find the rihgt balance.
@mr_piranha8382 you activate evenly first then normally someone will use an omni negate then you respond with forbidden droplet sending evenly as one of the cost. This way they cannot respond with a counter trap because a trap card was used as cost sending all 3 different card types spell monster and the evenly trap they cannot respond whatsoever leaving them with only one card on the board
honesltly dont feel bad when everyone is drolling which is basically a turn ender for a lot of decks and now they will transaction rollback for turn enders. Might as well say F U and shift them into oblivion
Shifter: Allow me introduce myself
What stop shifter ?
Called by or crossout.
@@jaimehernandez4962yeah, if you go first. If you're going second and they drop shifter you're just fucked
Lancea says hello
@@sethmoore1200 that doesn't do anything for you on your own turn

i’ll be playing mostly hand traps with a mix of board breakers like fenrir or lightning storm in my centurion deck
I usually play Heroes but I'll be playing with Unchained Yubel just for the simple fact I can side D Shifter lmao

Idk I play 8 and draw only hand traps
Just evenly match them chain droplet
Hey I just wanted to know at what point do you activate this chain bro?

Tough. I only have branded and tear. Both kind of hard to support HT

Hand traps really freaking annoy me.
That's why I run Nibiru, there can only be one, skill drain and evenly matched. Sit
We need called by at 2 ir droll and shifter banned.
no, you don't need more cards that help you going first
Agree with the called by take but droll and shifter really help us rogue deck players compete against meta decks.
Yes we do. Now going first is very weak.
It hurts rogue decks too. That is why I want called by. I generally like having better options designator sucks so much.
D-shifter destroys everything except floow & kash
