Looks nice on the surface but the long narrow hallways with the multiple doors is practically Kafka-esque. And those "alleged" bedrooms are extremely tiny.
That’s a horrifying thought haha! Do you prefer larger, more open spaces? Typically this is what you might expect to see on newer multi family homes. The highlight is in the living room and kitchen and the bedrooms are private spaces for each member of the household. I can definitely see why you think these bedrooms are extremely tiny! There are other new construction multi family homes we’ve toured that you can find in our channel that has larger bedrooms. When you find yourself interested in seeing homes like this in person would you know how to contact us for viewing requests?
We totally agree especially if you are not aware of what’s going on in Greenville. Lots of money pouring into the area right now under the radar. We are actively investing in the area ourselves so we can reap the benefits 5 - 10 years from now. What do you think are the chances that Greenville can get better?
@@vincentnnyc They could be saying it based on a lot of factors. It could vary from person to person. Living here in Jersey City... There is definitely pockets and streets that isnt desired by others. Greenville stretches from danforth ave lightrail station all the way to sections of west side avenue.. such a large span in Jersey City's area so many things could change from block to block. @@vincentnnyc Greenville is known to be the less desired location of Jersey City. However, for many people, it is the only place left where prices haven't gone up as much. It has more access to Lightrail stations and bus stations than some of the places in JC (like the Heights). We definitely see this area gaining tons of popularity as development increases and the area glows with the new City Hall

Why is it less desired location to live right now in nj? Is it because of crime or homeless or what?

It was going for $1.1m for both units and they can be sold separately as well 😃
how much is the property tax per year for this property? Why do real estate waste agent waste ppl time by not listing this info?

Those third bedrooms are tiny
We can definitely see where you are coming from! Where were you comparing it to?
Kitchen sink small
Besides the kitchen sink being smaller than you prefer, what did you think about the location or proximity to everything?
Nice closets and I’m a fan of tub shower combos.
