I think it depends on the alcohol you use. But in this case if you follow the exact recipe i think it'll taste strong because its a 1:1 ratio of water and booze.

Yes, I chilled them all. Just because when you make regular jello it says to add cold water. It doesn't really matter, but I just do anyway. And yes all liquor can be refrigerated, hard liquor will not freeze though. 😬 Thanks for watching Maggie! ❤️😉

+Shining Star Lewis Oh no! I don't know! As long as you used 1 cup boiling water and mixed the jello for a couple minutes and then added 1 cup of booze they should have set by now. The only thing I could think maybe went wrong is if the water was not hot enough (boiling) to activate the gelatin in the jello. And you need to leave them uncovered while they set. That's a bummer. Hopefully they harden up a little bit! If not they can still be drank, just a little extra gooey than normal. Good luck and happy New Years!!
Why not just use a kettle to boil the water. can't see the point of buying a hot plate and then using a bread tin. people go around the mountain to do a job and make it more hard work than it has to be. take kettle to room turn on pour water. simple really. stopped watching at that point because it's boring and your face pulling and voice changes are annoying
