Jeff Compton aka The Jaded Mechanic joins us to talk about perspective, purpose, and positioning ourselves to be change agents in our industry.
As a technician with over 30 years experience, Jeff has seen a lot of changes over the course of his career.
He's experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, and at one point found himself as a jaded mechanic, cynical of the industry that he made a career out of.
And then he discovered his purpose, and became a driver of change, hosting his own podcast, and making an impact through the vessel of automotive repair day after day.
His story is one of grit, resilience, and determination that we can all benefit from when we acknowledge and recognize the power of perspective.
