Yes, But you may misunderstand here: First: "her friend works in another company (different company with the speaker) , so when the speaker said: " her friend got a longer lunch break than her", this doesn't mean she's comparing and feel unhappy about it. It's just point out that she and her friends have diffrent break time, but she also started wandering back a few minutes over the hour. >>This mean she wasn't very puntual (on time) >> G is correct answer.

Although he said he was told to do things that weren't in his job's description and that is not fair for him but he also says retirement suits him better and personally, I think he means it is too challenging for him not he's treated unreasonably.
