I only properly discovered Take That a year ago and it has been an absolute pleasure to explore all the things this band has done over the years. These guys create such a vibe that their fans long for their music and tours. They are performing for an audience that is the same vintage, not 12 year olds, and we appreciate their energy and creativity. So, I disagree with you.
What I dissagree with you 100%. If they were so bad why is it that there tours are a sell out. I bought there latest CD and about 2 buy there New Single. Rebecca
Take That are brilliant, I have been a fan for over 30 years and I have watched these three guys go through so much together, from Robbie leaving, then Jason, watching their solo careers take off. Splitting up then back for good. Even though they are a three they have proved how strong they are, they have sell out gigs from London, Scotland and Ireland. I couldn't get tickets for Glasgow as they were sold out within 2 hours, so my family and I are traveling further afield to see them..there are so many singers/groups still going well, Duran Duran, Rolling stones, even Elton John way older than Take That, but no one questions their integrety. These extremely talented and well respected individuals have come a long way and I believe they will continue to do so, they will be around for a very long time so no I do not think Gary, Mark or Howard should quit doing what they love and doing what they are good at, they have other interests outside of the band, but this proves their versatility to their individual strengths. But as a three they are the best group of all time, their music 🎵 and their individual characters with Gary at the helm who is a brilliant singer/songwriter, but I am not saying Mark and Howard arent amazing which they are, they are all fantastic singers, and ' This Life' is a masterpiece, proving they can all add their own song writing and singing skills. Maturing over the years from boy band to a timeless older version of themselves with such power and adversity just makes me love them more. For all of these reasons and probably a lot more Take That are one of the best selling groups in my eyes. Forever a Take That fan ❤❤❤
They are not boyband since long ago. I can’t understand why everybody still call them boyband, as they released several good albums, including Progress, which contains some serious rock stuff. Even Progressed which was not properly released is good enough. The new album has several really nice songs, and I don’t even like Windows as much as I like Brand New Sun, for example. And I’ve always been and am a rock person:))) Another thing is that Gary Barlow CAN AFFORD being silly and making mistakes. Gary Barlow as a songwriter and solo singer is different from TT Gary Barlow. It’s different characters. And again: his talent and voice make him special. It’s much better than being that ephemeral COOL everybody is speaking about.
Take that have been around for ages now they have done everything you possibly do in the industry not to mention the fact there latest album went to number 1 and fact they continually sell out tours tou dont know what ur talking about while the fans want them theyvwill always be around
I disagree with you. Although I think "Progress" was their artistic peak, they have also made good music since Robbie and Jason left. There are some really good tunes on their last album. I agree with you about the dancing though. Of course it doesn't look as cool as it used to, but firstly Howard Donald has said that they don't take themselves too seriously while doing it, and secondly, I guess there are certain dance routines that the audience expects from them when they play a few 90s songs. It's only a small part of the whole show. They've started playing more and more instruments for the new stuff. In my opinion, Take That have managed to transform from a boy band into a real band.
The last two albums were not as good as III or Progress, they don't have a decent tune since album III, These days and Get ready for it were pretty decent, especially these days, their most popular song after the flood. Their music is still enjoyable though. I am disappointed with this new album because there isn't a song that makes the difference. Windows is the main single but the video is not even in 1 million views yet.
If even they do, it’s cannot be qualified as split, it’s their modus operandi, they work together, then work apart, then come together again. Like On/off mode. They don’t need neither RW or Jason, they proved it long ago, they are all-sufficient. I’m looking forward to age alongside them:)
Who the devil are you you wouldn't know great music if it bit you on your ..... their shows are still selling out music isn't just for the young you know a.d who has more money to buy tickets the older generation so pardoned my French go and do something else besides sprouting rubbish. Only one thing I'm not kean on is some of the outfits in this show

As long as the arenas and stadiums are selling out they’re probably carry on. Looks like enough people are turning up so they probably should quit
