I was wondering where are those overseas fans from and when/how did you get to know SHOW-YA? Remember they were trying to tap into the US music scene with the album, Hard Way. Nevertheless, so happy to see overseas fans get excited with their music today!
A lot of Western guys are getting into the current crop of all female hard rock/metal bands from Japan such as Band-Maid, Aldious and Lovebites and youtube often recommends Show-Ya videos while you are watching their videos
for me , while I had discovered Band-Maid(and love them still) a few years ago I didn't really get into the J Rock and Metal current and past until my brother told me to check out Nemophila covers last year,(Nemophila is my fave and bur a lot of their influences like SHOW-YA and X Japan have also become faves) from there its been a wonderful journey of discovery.(I am in love with Miki "sun-go"-san
What a great sound on this. This stands up to anything from todays new bands. Show-ya kicks some ass. PS. Ive listened to this a few times now. This is an outstanding song. I heard them in an interview say they wanted to try new techniques and want to get heavier in the future. Amazing ladies. Japanese queens of Metal/Rock.
😃I was hoping they would come out with new music. I only discovered Show Ya this last year. I’d like to see them in concert next year, after this pandemic BS is over.
