I really don't like the way EXO behave sometimes, like in this video. Sometimes they are so unfriendly and they seem to ignore the fans except for chanyeol he was the only one that wave at the fans. I love BTS and Infinite.
I guess you don't know how it works. Management gives the idols rules to not have too much interaction with fans (no hugs, gifts,pictures, signatures etc.) because once a kpop idol does it all the fans are going to push and shove and ask for favors by the idols and that can create a very dangerous situation. Not just for the idols but for fans too. On top of that, the idols are on strict schedules so theh have to get out of the airport as quick as possible and that leaves little time for fanservice. Some managers are a little more lenient but still there are rules that need to be followed.
