The Three almost getting killed by a fox is the most symbolic thing. Hawkstorm couldn’t save his kit brother from Firestar (who looks like a fox), and tried to save other kits from a real one.
okay i know that this is an map call but. can i just say that I think the narrative framing of this thing is Brilliant????? like,,, the fact that the hatred of firestar is established First and it seems justified since the first part of the source of it that we see is fire carrying hawk off Clearly Against His Will, so you sympathize with hawk at first but then *later* you see *why* fire was carrying hawk against his will and Then you realize that the pov character is an unreliable narrator and it gives the entire thing a whole new light if you go back and watch it a second time like.... UGH it's just such good storytelling (as per usual) 10/10 one of the many things that really makes me want to get back into animating
@@CheetehZ Also, I noticed that Firestar appears to be a tad bit larger than other cats, like a fox. Like Hawkstorm views him as. A ruthless fox that kills other cats and are a huge threat to the clans.
yeah, it also really paints well how hawkstorm really does believe firestar is a bad guy and shows how hawkstorm perceives him rather than everyone knowing firestar/heart being a general good cat. the completed map parts of those scenes also really make you feel like fireheart is the villain of the story at first (which is what hawkstorm genuinely believes) and it's jus, ugh, * chef's kiss * really good storytelling and makes you feel for hawkstorm
@@CheetehZ why do I feel this is somehow connected to Bramblefur, bc in the credits, BRAMBLECLAW IS A GHOST, and i thought, Ashfur, BRAMBLEFUR? Also because the backgrounds looks similar. And Hawkfrost (Née storm), could just be covered in dried blood or muddy from the tornado.

ANOTHER BANGER MAP I'd love part 44+45! i got a plan on how i wanna connect them, dramatic scenes like that are my favorite haha (and I'd say it's Hawkfrost for me) In order of preference: 44+45, 46, 36, 27, 39 & backup! Also if only one of the first two I'd prefer part 45

I love how the story always ends up somewhat close to the actual books, yet it's not the same. Cheeteh Z, your imagination is extremely vivid and fantastic, the types of MAPs you host and the stories behind them are AMAZING!!

Oh my gawd the ending with tadpole’s haunting image clearing up as Hawk passes was so well thought out and just- hit hard. This is such a beautiful idea for a map and I wish all the animators the best of luck for this!!

Woah, the idea of this map is literally breathtaking! Even just the storyboard, you can feel the imense emotions and gravity of it all. I would love 16, 17, or 32! (in no particular order of prefference!) however i would be more than exited for a backup or any other part if not!

This map is already looking amazing!! how are your song choices this good!? I've selected a few parts i would like to apply for, and i would like to try out a unique style for them. I would like to focus on painting over the frames of my low framerate 3d animation to make it look a lot more painterly. Definitely open for collabs on any parts, I would love to get some background artists and paintover artists working with me! The idea is that I would like to have more messy paint streaks in the more intense parts (39,46), but much more tame in the other parts. Parts: 1, 2, 36, 39, 46 Preferred: 36, 39 Open to taking more than one part and open to collabs on any other parts

I legit had a dream a few days ago where I could time travel (Traveller-Feather) into the future to avoid a tornado (Hawstorm) that was coming after me. Then there were three tornadoes in the sky and one was red. I’VE WATCHED THIS SO MANY TIMES IM DREAMING OF IT 🤣😭

The fact that tadpole leads hawkstorm to firestar to try to get hawk to save firestar is just ;_; And also way back when tadpole had only recently died she tried to convince tawnykit to go back home, but he doesn't understand and doesn't listen. So hawkstorm does fail tadpole on multiple occasions, but not in the way he thinks he did and im just crying over here.

This is a rlly cool idea! Kind of a shame that these two litters were combined in a way that removes all of the female characters from this family though, even giving the name of one of the female characters who was written out to one of the male characters
I'd say that writing out Mothwing was an unfortunate casuality of this AU because she has such a strong, unique character. However I didn't have a place for her in this AU because of the focus on Hawkstorm's and Brambleclaw's parallels and relationship. But just because Mothwing was written out of this AU doesn't mean that she won't show up in another AU!
I’m already STUNNED with this concept, super excited! Love the little retcon of replacing Bramble with Moth, makes it super impactful, and makes Hawk’s descent to villainy all the more tragic

I think what I love the most about this au is that this could have easily been a redemption arc for Hawkstorm and that it lays out his trauma so well to BECOME an amazing hero but it turns into the most elaborate and beautiful villain arc I've seen in any of these aus. 100000/10

I've selected a few parts i would like to apply for, and i would like to try out a unique style for them. I would like to focus on painting over the frames of my low framerate 3d animation to make it look a lot more painterly. Definitely open for collabs on any parts, I would love to get some background artists and paintover artists working with me! The idea is that I would like to have more messy paint streaks in the more intense parts (39,46), but much more tame in the other parts.

The fact that tadpole leads hawkstorm to firestar to try to get hawk to save firestar is just ;_;
And also way back when tadpole had only recently died she tried to convince tawnykit to go back home, but he doesn't understand and doesn't listen.
So hawkstorm does fail tadpole on multiple occasions, but not in the way he thinks he did and im just crying over here.
AHHHHH THIS LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE A GREAT MAP! I would like any part! I just like these parts the most: 12, 13 and 22. Those are my favorite parts. But other than that, I also loved the “Coming Soon” mini MAP. Also I LOVE Firestar’s design! Oop forgot the code word earlier. I would say Hawkfrost. Oh, I see that almost all of the parts are taken. Well, then, I will just go for any part.
Wow this is a rather heavy MAP 😅 it's a lot more realistic than other stories that are overly dark, so I appreciate it

This is a rlly cool idea! Kind of a shame that these two litters were combined in a way that removes all of the female characters from this family though, even giving the name of one of the female characters who was written out to one of the male characters
I'd say that writing out Mothwing was an unfortunate casuality of this AU because she has such a strong, unique character. However I didn't have a place for her in this AU because of the focus on Hawkstorm's and Brambleclaw's parallels and relationship. But just because Mothwing was written out of this AU doesn't mean that she won't show up in another AU!

I’m already STUNNED with this concept, super excited! Love the little retcon of replacing Bramble with Moth, makes it super impactful, and makes Hawk’s descent to villainy all the more tragic

I think what I love the most about this au is that this could have easily been a redemption arc for Hawkstorm and that it lays out his trauma so well to BECOME an amazing hero but it turns into the most elaborate and beautiful villain arc I've seen in any of these aus. 100000/10
