Attack plan: 1. Remove park reservations 2. Restore the free fast pass system 3. Bring back the dream lights and get rid of these dull, boring, cheap castle projections during the holidays. 4. Magic Kingdom expansion area as large villains land with smaller dark castle (evil queen) 5. Mythical area in Animal Kingdom with two lands: Coco with a ride based on the animals, and Encanto, with the magical house and the animals the kid can talk to. 6. Remove parking fees at hotels. 7. Lower prices across the board. 8. STOP removing beloved items like Splash Mountain
Personally I would love for AK to have an Encanto ride but similar to that of Mystic Manor. Also a trail of animal exhibits that happened to be in the film or just animals that are native to Colombia. Animatronic animals would be a cool idea to have as well (interactive areas like you said). Since Encanto is based off of Colombia there could be a large walk-thru bird aviary since Colombia has the most bird species in the world. I am not so familiar with Coco yet.
I’m just sad to see the dumpster fire. Losing faith and trust in a company I once compared everything to. The parks were once a place I could escape reality for a moment the world was safe, hopeful, exciting, loving, wondrous, and high quality. It was the standard for experience and service. Now it is turning into “what not to do.”

Jack, I think you talked about the entire situation with Nelson Pelz and Bob Iger very profesionally, very tactfully, and very honestly. It is going to get ugly, no matter which party succeeds. I've seen many youtube videos on this subject, and most of them are portraying Bob Iger as the bad guy whose agenda is ruining the company. You didn't take that approach or try that angle, and it made me reevaluate my opinions and assumptions about the situation. The problem is really quite complicated, and it will be ugly, as you say, maybe even get uglier and uglier before it gets better. It is really unfortunate that Disney is at this point around its 100 year anniversary at all, no matter how the company got here or what the solution ultimately is. Thank you for sharing a mature perspective on the situation, and not taking sides.

You forgot to mention the new Daytime parade "Better Together" for Disney's California Adventure coming in 2024. The Disneyland forward project is also about to take off.
I hope they bring the new Country Bears show to Disneyland too. They’ve been away for much too long! Also, they are saying a new film from Walt Disney Animation Studios in November, but nothing has been announced yet of what it’s going to be yet.
And I hope that every upcoming attractions and projects at EPCOT, including "Spaceship Earth: Our Shared Story", will be appearing in D23: The Ultimate Fan Event on August 2024, when I got my predictions!!!

Jack, with the lack of Disney news, have you considered putting more time into the Universal channel you inherited from your brother? Universal has a ton of new projects going on and they keep announcing more, so that might be a good way to keep up your RUclips presence while we’re waiting to see what Disney will do. Im applying to jobs at Universal, so don’t think it would be wise to relaunch the channel right now. I have a huge interest in Universal though. Been an AP and HHN goer for years. Universal has also become very over saturated by people who cover it.
I don't mind shovels in the ground as long as it doesn't take decades to finish. For pity sakes, have the project match the concept art unless brilliance stricks late.
I love the idea of a new Tiana attraction. Faithful to the original movie. Not a replacement switcheroo. There are no mountains in the Bayou. My predictions for 2024 is this: 1. Fire Kathleen Kennedy from Lucasfilm (due to the biggest Bomb on Indy 5, fired original directors and writers to Star Wars films, The Mandalorian Season 3's lowest ratings, Ashoka lowest ratings, kicking out Jon Favreau from Star Wars and hiring Dave Flonii as Co-Chief of Creative of Star Wars and discontinued the upcoming Rey [for the last time, she is NOT A SKYWALKER] movies) 2. Replace Bob Iger with Pentlz as the new president of Disney 3. Fire Kevin Fengie from Marvel Studios and hire the new Producer to the future project(s) after two Avengers movies 4. Discontinued to all Disney Remakes (after the audience has finally had enough with the same trends over and over again (we keep hearing it again from the animated films), pointless characters developments, new ideas to the story was pointless, pointless new songs and adding songs from the animated [it has to be included because NOSTALGIA] and disrespect to the animated films and animators who has made them... 5. Ban on Diversity, The Message (Women are better than Men, Girl Power, Strong and independent women) and any LGTQ+, sex jokes, twiking butts and Puberty to any future animated film, live-action films, theme parks and any franchise films from Star Wars, Marvel and PIXAR films 6. Focus on the Story rather than The Message 7. Rehiring all Disney parks employees and cast members from 3 years ago (from COVID-19 crisis), restore fastpass systems to every parks, bring back Dream Lights, Happily Ever After Fireworks, remove any men dressed as a women and adding new animatronic characters to any theme parks 8. Remove every Star Wars Sequel Trilogy Characters from Galaxy Edge and replace them with original characters from Prequel and Orignal Trilogy of Star Wars 9. Bring back the free transportation and the free hotel delivery to save people needing to book with mears separately and needing to carry all there shopping around the parks. Too much shopping being carried around causes large cues as apose to cutting the cues down by shopping as you go.
I could care less what Disney is doing. They lost me as a customer years ago. Now others realize this company isn't worth supporting and leaving in droves.

I hope The Princess and the Frog gets a show soon, so I can watch it after the movie. It's nuptual for the photorealistic The Lion King to get a prequel-like sequel, different from Simba's Pride created and released by the late Disneytoon Studios. Finally, Hugh Jackman gets an MCU appearance along with Taylor Swift!

Considering Jay Rasulo's tenure oversaw Toy Story Mania, Expedition Everest, and the New Fantasyland expansion...I'd say his return to the family would be very beneficial on that end.
I know that the booking system is irritating for people who can regularly go to the parks, but my family and I don’t get to visit often (not living in the US), so have found it a godsend as pre-pandemic we had far too many examples of not being able to get into the parks due to capacity hitting. Now when we buy our tickets prior to flying we book dates to visit the parks and it’s one less thing to worry about.
As much as I’d love new rides, upgrades to existing rides, removal of reservations for AP holders, and significant changes to Genie+ and ILL, I’d honestly be thrilled to see them just clean and repair stuff first-Blizzard Beach just reopened from about an 8 month refurb and even it appears worn and dingy, let alone the main parks.
Thank you for the summary Jack! I just want to share some feedback. I love watching your videos, but I found the addition of the soft background music to be very distracting. It’s hard for me to process those sounds and what you’re saying at the same time, and it also gives me the sense that the show is concluding when it’s not. (Like when they put on music at the Oscars as they cut to commercial.) I think it was better without the background music. Thanks for everything!
I am really excited for Inside Out 2. Inside Out is one of my favorite movies of all time. And also that the 2nd one is going to take place during Riley's time as a teenager, I am thinking that it maybe will do very well at teens who can relate to teenage-Riley (when the movie comes out). One last thing. I hope that Disney can pick themselves up again after their disastrous year of 2023.

Why don’t we talk about having Mr toad return from the dead and bring him to Epcot? That and maybe some other old attractions that need some changes. Leave small world the way it is but return pirates and the haunted mansion to their original forms, boycott the princess hallway and make room for Pinocchio’s dark ride. I was petty skeptical about Planning My Family's Next Disney Adventure with all what has happened since Parks Closing & The Pandemic-i really wasn't Sure. But, we are Definitely Opting out of Going to WDW(Probably won't until some things change.) Instead we are doing a Disney Cruise-The More Easy & Less Stressful Disney Adventure.
Speaking about a 5th park gate at WDW, may I suggest a park that has the attraction clones from all the other Disney parks from around the world in that park. I'm never leaving this country to ever go to China or Paris but I would go to WDW Florida to ride them if they were here. Money is still only money no matter where it is spent.
It is good that one of the parks is making good use of imagines. Too bad American parks aren't. These lands sound pretty cool. Of course, don't bother if you are just gonna keep raising pricing because it just won't matter. It's tough to be a bug was a neat experience, but there it goes just like splash.😢
I'm so glad Wish honored Walt with how he used to open his features. The company has mostly abandoned Walt's name. In fact it took them months into the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World to include a Walt tribute. It's just sad. I guess I'm the only fan except Jack here who calls it the Walt Disney Company. Motive issues aside, I think the Jay Rasulo nomination should reassure Disney fans that no, Peltz has NO intention of being a "corporate raider" with the company. He's consistently demonstrated a Modus Operandi of helping struggling companies find their footing again--see Snapple, Wendy's, etc. Jay's tenure, lest we forget, oversaw several VERY positive Imagineering projects--Toy Story Mania, Expedition Everest, New Fantasyland, etc. So Peltz is reassuring concerned Disney fans that he wants to give us back a sense of confidence over the doubts we've constantly suffered for the past few years. True, Ike Pearlmutter had his issues, but he's not getting a board seat in this plan, so we don't really need to worry much about that. Anyways, these two seats would provide a balance that'll be vital in Peltz's proposal: One seat would make him basically a gadfly, and more than two would provide reason for "power play" fears. With just two seats, Peltz looks more reasonable--that he's here for honest accountability, and his ideas can be taken or left after honest discussion at the board meetings.
What I find troubling is Iger's resistance. Virtually every current member of the board is handpicked by him, with what appears to be no accountability. The lack of succession planning right away raises alarm bells as that never occurred despite his promises. Peltz's plan shows no harm beside turning Disney back to profitability, and Iger's stark resistance to that is most troubling.
He was also the one who spearheaded Cars Land, though he was promoted before it was finished. Unlike Bob iger, who mentions "creativity" on a regular basis but doesn't understand it all, Rasulo gets it. One of the biggest problems with Disney right now is that Iger has filled the Board with his cronies. There is exactly one person who has the nerve to question him. Having Rasulo on board probably won't turn the situation around, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

Everyone can say what they want, but the Tiana version of this ride is certainly going to be more attractive. Not that Splash Mountain was ugly; there were issues. MK's version had that too-high stone wall, which pretty much meant you had to be of a certain height to catch the briar patch money shot. It was also way too orange. And busy as well, with way too much dark wood and dark stone and dark, ugly, fake grass. I changed my mind, MK's was pretty ugly. DL's version was a much better color, but its best feature was all the REAL greenery. All that grass growing everywhere made it look like part of the landscape instead of something just plopped down into the middle of a theme park. The stone wall fronting it was lower here, but for some reason they decided a bunch of shrubbery should block this view. To the left, there was a long section with wooden fencing, which should have showcased the money shot better - you could easily see the briar patch - but that still wasn't the optimal viewpoint. From the D23 model, it does look like they are going to fix the viewpoint issue. Well, they're just opening everything up, which is what Splash always needed. So far, so good. BUT... Disneyland didn't even try with Tiana's Palace. It got new paint, colors that are not reminiscent of either the French Quarter or The Princess and the Frog. The French Quarter is all about brick: red, orange, brown. If it doesn't have brick, then it tends to be pastel, though dark reds are also popular. The iron railings are dark, to offset the lighter colors of the walls. You only have to visit the rest of New Orleans Square to see that there was a time when Disney understood color and contrast. We're now three decades into this ongoing belief that pastels and deep, dark colors have no business on Disney property. (Most recently seen in Journey of Water, where the blacks and greys of Polynesia's mountains were erased for a browner Caribbean look.) Tiana's Palace is lemon on top and a tangerine on the bottom. In their obsessive hatred of pastels - and spending money - they made a building that could be plopped down in the Italian Riviera, once again putting us in a different place than the one they want us to be in. I guess they just think all their guests are too stupid to make these connections. Then there are the hunter green iron railings. I don't know why I hate them so much, maybe it's just because they are so glossy. They call attention to themselves when they should just be accents. (Looking at the rest of New Orleans Square and the Haunted Mansion, none of the railings are glossy.) It also may have something to do with there not being enough contrast with all the bright, shiny colors here. But the real atrocity is the gold railing above the entrance. Or maybe it's green and gold... it's hard to tell because Disney fans REALLY love their saturation. Either way, it's so cheap-looking that whoever dreamed it up should be fired, along with everyone that approved it, as well as everyone who saw the finished product and thought it was fine. It literally looks like some wall "art" you can buy at Big Lots. And that garbage on the roof? In the movie they are fancied-up smokestacks, something to show that Tiana improves upon what she is given. Unlike Disney. In the concept art, they were clearly brick, which would have been one of the few nods to the actual source material. Instead we got what appears to be a dark - but still shiny - blue, because black is totally against the law. I originally called them salt shakers, but honestly, if we all called them what they really look like - sex toys - maybe Disney will fix them. Tiana wanted Tiana's Palace to be classy. Instead, she got the tackiest place in New Orleans. Well, at least there's a bunch of trees hiding most of the hideousness.

need to talk about getting prices back to the way they were before the pandemic happen. When they do that they will get more people to come back to there parks 🏞️ and essentially getting more money in the parks to do more of the things they or wanting to do. I know this would almost never happen, but I wish they would use some of that new money they promise to spend on all parks, make another Monorail to go out to animal kingdom, not sure where to start? maybe behind the countries of EPCOT?
In 2024, or maybe next year, Disney needs to sell off the 20th Century Studios and 20th Television IP/libraries, along with Searchlight Pictures and FX (with the exception of the 20th-produced Marvel, Star Wars, and Avatar content). Disney has killed a legacy of Hollywood and has broken Disney’s back. The company also had a rather bad 2023, especially at the box office.
I was thinking the Country Bears wouldn't go down for the retheme until after Tiana's debuted in the summer. If both closures have overlap it would mean two adjacent attractions offline simultaneously. And really, how long do they need for this retheme anyway? I know Disney has been horrendously slow of late but it's not like the whole theater needs a refit; doesn't it amount to just sprucing up the Bears and reprogramming them to lip sync in time to the new song lyrics? I can't see that taking more than six months so they could plausibly have it up in time for Christmas if they close in June.
The problem is the Bears are pneumatic, not electric motor, animatronics. They are hard to reprogram, hard to maintain, and the content / song list itself is out of date. Making the jump to servomotors will ensure the attraction is reconfigurable, which means much easier holiday overlays. That being said, I drag my family there every time we go to DW (though the kids don’t understand why).
@@polysillyconshort wait, and you get to sit down in the a/c or heat for a lengthy time. It’s the same reason I do Hall of Presidents. My family fully understands why, because I flat out tell them why. I used to joke about how much I loved the Peoplemover too, but now there’s an obnoxious wait. It used to be walk on. I blame Offhand Disney for that one.
The Country Bears closure won’t really have much of an effect on the crowds. Splash Mountain on the other hand definitely does. They are taking a ride that always has an hour or more wait out of commission. Country Bear never really had much of a wait, and when it was your turn to sit, there really wasn’t much of an audience. Now then, when Tiana does open, the crowd level will be far worse than Splash Mountain ever was, so getting people to want to experience Country Bears may help ease that a little. But honestly, when crowds are that bad, guests do all sorts of crazy things, like ride the riverboat and visit Tom Sawyers Island.
@@polysillycon thanks for the info, I wasn't aware of this. I did think the AAs would need a bit of sprucing up on account of their age, but not that they had a completely different motor. I assumed - because they have had holiday overlays before - that reprogramming was not such a chore. I guess then it's a question of whether we'll be getting all-new AAs (which can be staged offsite while the attraction in its current form still operates) or they plan to refurb the existing ones. Hopefully they don't do it on the cheap (like the monorail) and aim for something longer lasting and easily adaptable.
If you are not a local to Disneyland, avoid it! 2024 will not be worth the ticket price. You will not have splash/Tiana’s or haunted mansion. Many other rides will also be down for refurbishment.
If you want something to look forward to, Disney is not a good place for that train of thought. Support the Proxy fight if you want Disney to have a future.

Disney+ will also have some things as well like SISTER ACT 3 and for Cinemas also in Nov 15th possible that it will come out is NATIONAL TREASURE 3 with Nicholas Cage and the Animated new one (no. 63???) on Nov 27th and a Untitled DISNEY MOVIE PROJECT on APRIL 5th (as long as they don´t skipped it because of the Strike)??? Don´t get me wrong NETFLIX amzn prime and such having interesting things but as well as plenty crazy wild nasty garbage as well that lets you think of what wild strange minds are creating stuff there thankfully some things are great but many are weird and strange but we the audience will decide what will be worthy to watch it makes things important since now the acting folk depends on the Success of their involved projects to gain more for themselves like so hardly fought for for the next 3 yrs so it better will be good stuff people wants to watch binge and Disney better doing as well producing less for more Money or pushing into ad versions is rough and could be a backfire for subs yeah Quality is always better but charging your customers and more importantly your Fanbase to much and not deliver enough would be not something they should underestimate and overdue to us. Many already want or have to turn their backs for the Parks since it is harder to afford going there for families dramatically but even for shorter groups or SOLO travellers as well and it isn´t that much funny having always production walls all over the parks and taking to long for things especially when they making easier attempts updating existing things rather than bringing fully new stuff the progress that UNIVERSAL das with EPIC Universe is impressive still almost two years and so much already done Disney could learn something not necessarily their strange concepts with some Ride Vehicles fitting only for Kids or Asians like some of the strange rides there but with the progress on building things faster mostly than Disney put up some things. But with the Government Problems we shouldn´t expecting some positive effects since they trying to messing up with the Company making things so problematic the Blue Sky things could be easily results of such issues not been able to focussing on real developements that could been in the works with regulations issues and such. Fingers crossed that Disney awakes from their wild strange Sleeping Beauty ban Sleep and awake with the Magic Touch that defined Generations and Decades before, that brought happiness and Joy to most of Us all in the History before Pre-Pandemic. And stop of more purchases invest the Money in the Company rather than if foreign stuff the focus needs to be making things better more profitable Century Fox Stuff most be used much better it cost them a fortune after HULU the focus should be in the Company not stuff from others MAKING MONEY and if spending than in the Company not for elseone´s and be creative in all areas Parks, Films Streaming etc. Dream is a wishful thinking and what your heart makes so for that let´s wish for a brighter Future and to all of you have a wonderful holidays Christmas is coming Hannukah and Kwanza and what else people want to celebrate Frohe Weihnachten, Feliz Navidad merry x-mas and a happy new Year. 14:02 We do know for sure that Disney needs to get back in the game as we head into 2024. With the parks, the Imagineers really need to deliver on these upcoming projects. I do hope we'll get some updates on the Avengers Multiverse Attraction at D23. Aside from Web Slingers, Mission Breakout and many of the shows some claimed the there's not much to do at Avengers Campus but soon that might change. Even though a lot of people aren't giving the land much credit, I still enjoy it and I'm very desperate to go down there someday. The Test Track updates is something I really excited about cause I'm one who has never ridden World of Motion. But I do want to experience more of 80s Epcot when it's complete and Cosmic Rewind did give me a taste of it. I do hope Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be a worthy successor to Splash Mountain. Yeah it still sucks that we lost one of the mountains but with the times we're in now I think the change is still necessary. Going to the Cruise Line, I really excited to see what the Disney Treasure has to offer. Glad that they're adding Avengers Quantum Encounter again and I wonder they'll incorporate Spider-Man into the show. Obviously yes, I'm super excited for the Haunted Mansion parlor. After adding the Hatbox Ghost in Florida I'm glad the attraction is getting more love and I do hope a restaurant will make it's way to the Magic Kingdom soon. Plus I do want the Jungle Cruise and 20,000 Leagues lounges to have some clever references to S.E.A. Now for movies, they really need to step up their game in this arena cause the strikes left a big hole for Hollywood. I'm really excited for Deadpool 3 cause now that we're deep into the Multiverse Saga we know that the MCU will get even crazier once we get to Secret Wars. Since you mentioned, I totally forgot that the Mufasa prequel was coming. No joke, it's been a long time since we've heard anything about this movie but I do hope it's good when it comes out. Another movie I'm looking forward to might be unknown to some watching this channel, and while I don't expect it to be announced at D23 but before the start of summer in 2024 I'm praying that Disney will release the trailer for Descendants: The Rise of Red. I'm a huge Descendants fan and I've watched all of the movies on Disney Channel. After D3, I really wanted the franchise to expand and now with this spinoff this is a good opportunity. Now I know some fans out there might think it's unnecessary due to the passing of the late Cameron Boyce, cause they've been saying that they should've stopped at D3. However I humbly disagree, cause before Cam passed away he really wanted the franchise to continue when he was done along with Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson and Booboo Stewart. But what those fans don't realize is that Descendants isn't just about the Core 4. It's mainly about each story and most of all the world that the characters interact in. So now this next film is gonna branch out to other places and introduce new characters with their own stories, but it will still be in the same world. So Disney really needs to deliver on a lot in 2024 but they need give a solid execution with these projects.
Honestly I love Princess and the Frog and I love Splash Mountain but they need to make it as equally as amazing otherwise it will ruin the history and the franchise. Like Frozen ever after ride which kind of looks amazing and sort of respects the past ride; however, it just feels like they are always wanting it safe and basically something too safe can actually be not really safe or could be a danger. I mean of course safety is important but safety wouldn’t happen if risks weren’t done. Honestly, I would give Tiana’s Bayou Adventure a shot but if guests aren’t really that impressed then this could end up like the experience of Journey into Imagination.
Yes there will be a new Walt Disney Animation Studios film in 2024. I believe the studio is returning to the fairy tale formula after Wish returned to form. I don't know what they plan to adapt but it will the 63rd feature from the studio.
Attack plan:
1. Remove park reservations
2. Restore the free fast pass system
3. Bring back the dream lights and get rid of these dull, boring, cheap castle projections during the holidays.
4. Magic Kingdom expansion area as large villains land with smaller dark castle (evil queen)
5. Mythical area in Animal Kingdom with two lands: Coco with a ride based on the animals, and Encanto, with the magical house and the animals the kid can talk to.
6. Remove parking fees at hotels.
7. Lower prices across the board.
8. STOP removing beloved items like Splash Mountain

Personally I would love for AK to have an Encanto ride but similar to that of Mystic Manor. Also a trail of animal exhibits that happened to be in the film or just animals that are native to Colombia. Animatronic animals would be a cool idea to have as well (interactive areas like you said). Since Encanto is based off of Colombia there could be a large walk-thru bird aviary since Colombia has the most bird species in the world. I am not so familiar with Coco yet.

I’m just sad to see the dumpster fire. Losing faith and trust in a company I once compared everything to. The parks were once a place I could escape reality for a moment the world was safe, hopeful, exciting, loving, wondrous, and high quality. It was the standard for experience and service. Now it is turning into “what not to do.”

Jack, I think you talked about the entire situation with Nelson Pelz and Bob Iger very profesionally, very tactfully, and very honestly. It is going to get ugly, no matter which party succeeds. I've seen many youtube videos on this subject, and most of them are portraying Bob Iger as the bad guy whose agenda is ruining the company. You didn't take that approach or try that angle, and it made me reevaluate my opinions and assumptions about the situation. The problem is really quite complicated, and it will be ugly, as you say, maybe even get uglier and uglier before it gets better. It is really unfortunate that Disney is at this point around its 100 year anniversary at all, no matter how the company got here or what the solution ultimately is. Thank you for sharing a mature perspective on the situation, and not taking sides.

I love the idea of a new Tiana attraction. Faithful to the original movie. Not a replacement switcheroo. There are no mountains in the Bayou. Bring back ticketed Fast Passes, too much, ok, I'll go to Uni. Me and a Gazillion others for the next ten years.😅😅😅😅😅. Ooooo, great idea, stick a bar near EVERY dark ride at MK.
My predictions for 2024 is this:
1. Fire Kathleen Kennedy from Lucasfilm (due to the biggest Bomb on Indy 5, fired original directors and writers to Star Wars films, The Mandalorian Season 3's lowest ratings, Ashoka lowest ratings, kicking out Jon Favreau from Star Wars and hiring Dave Flonii as Co-Chief of Creative of Star Wars and discontinued the upcoming Rey [for the last time, she is NOT A SKYWALKER] movies)
2. Replace Bob Iger with Pentlz as the new president of Disney
3. Fire Kevin Fengie from Marvel Studios and hire the new Producer to the future project(s) after two Avengers movies
4. Discontinued to all Disney Remakes (after the audience has finally had enough with the same trends over and over again (we keep hearing it again from the animated films), pointless characters developments, new ideas to the story was pointless, pointless new songs and adding songs from the animated [it has to be included because NOSTALGIA] and disrespect to the animated films and animators who has made them...
5. Ban on Diversity, The Message (Women are better than Men, Girl Power, Strong and independent women) and any LGTQ+, sex jokes, twiking butts and Puberty to any future animated film, live-action films, theme parks and any franchise films from Star Wars, Marvel and PIXAR films
6. Focus on the Story rather than The Message
7. Rehiring all Disney parks employees and cast members from 3 years ago (from COVID-19 crisis), restore fastpass systems to every parks, bring back Dream Lights, Happily Ever After Fireworks, remove any men dressed as a women and adding new animatronic characters to any theme parks
8. Remove every Star Wars Sequel Trilogy Characters from Galaxy Edge and replace them with original characters from Prequel and Orignal Trilogy of Star Wars
9. Bring the magic back to any Disney Animated Films, return to the original routes to fairytale with orignal ideas instead of using same references, clichés and ripping off ideas from the previous Disney Animated Films, follow the animation styles from Spider-Verse films and TMNT: Mutant Mayhem and finally rehire animators from the past and go back to the 2D animation style
10. Save Mickey Mouse for been sold out
11. Stick on releasing films to the Cinemas [Theatres in the USA] rather than being on Disney+
12. Release any films [from 3 years ago] from any studio to DVDs, 4K Ultra and Blu-Ray Disc in any stores worldwide and release unreleased films in the UK such as:
- Underwater (2020), The Boogeyman, Barbarian and The Bob's Burgers Movie from 20th Century Studios
- Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers movie (with new improvements on Chip) and Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney+ to DVD and Blu-Ray Disc
- See How They Run, The Menu and Theatre Camp from Searchlight Pictures
- Release The Mandalorian Seasons One and Two, Loki Season One and Wandavision on DVD and Blu-Ray (from previous released on 4K Ultra and Blu-Ray from this year)

Bring back the free transportation and the free hotel delivery to save people needing to book with mears separately and needing to carry all there shopping around the parks. Too much shopping being carried around causes large cues as apose to cutting the cues down by shopping as you go.
2024 needs to be the year of maintenance and fixing everything thats broken in the park. They need to get back to high standards
FYI - Tiana's "dozens" of animitronics has now been revised to just 17 new animitronics.
I could care less what Disney is doing. They lost me as a customer years ago. Now others realize this company isn't worth supporting and leaving in droves.

I know that the booking system is irritating for people who can regularly go to the parks, but my family and I don’t get to visit often (not living in the US), so have found it a godsend as pre-pandemic we had far too many examples of not being able to get into the parks due to capacity hitting. Now when we buy our tickets prior to flying we book dates to visit the parks and it’s one less thing to worry about.
As much as I’d love new rides, upgrades to existing rides, removal of reservations for AP holders, and significant changes to Genie+ and ILL, I’d honestly be thrilled to see them just clean and repair stuff first-Blizzard Beach just reopened from about an 8 month refurb and even it appears worn and dingy, let alone the main parks.

I just want to share some feedback. I love watching your videos, but I found the addition of the soft background music to be very distracting. It’s hard for me to process those sounds and what you’re saying at the same time, and it also gives me the sense that the show is concluding when it’s not. (Like when they put on music at the Oscars as they cut to commercial.) I think it was better without the background music. Thanks for everything!
I am really excited for Inside Out 2. Inside Out is one of my favorite movies of all time. And also that the 2nd one is going to take place during Riley's time as a teenager, I am thinking that it maybe will do very well at teens who can relate to teenage-Riley (when the movie comes out). One last thing. I hope that Disney can pick themselves up again after their disastrous year of 2023.

Speaking about a 5th park gate at WDW, may I suggest a park that has the attraction clones from all the other Disney parks from around the world in that park. I'm never leaving this country to ever go to China or Paris but I would go to WDW Florida to ride them if they were here. Money is still only money no matter where it is spent.

I'm so glad Wish honored Walt with how he used to open his features. The company has mostly abandoned Walt's name. In fact it took them months into the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World to include a Walt tribute. It's just sad. I guess I'm the only fan except Jack here who calls it the Walt Disney Company. I'm a Walt fan if you couldn't tell. The intro will likely never return to the Walt Disney Pictures logo and I hate that
Star Tours, featuring a character that didn't resonate. That should improve ride interest.

Motive issues aside, I think the Jay Rasulo nomination should reassure Disney fans that no, Peltz has NO intention of being a "corporate raider" with the company. He's consistently demonstrated a Modus Operandi of helping struggling companies find their footing again--see Snapple, Wendy's, etc.
Jay's tenure, lest we forget, oversaw several VERY positive Imagineering projects--Toy Story Mania, Expedition Everest, New Fantasyland, etc. So Peltz is reassuring concerned Disney fans that he wants to give us back a sense of confidence over the doubts we've constantly suffered for the past few years.
True, Ike Pearlmutter had his issues, but he's not getting a board seat in this plan, so we don't really need to worry much about that.
Anyways, these two seats would provide a balance that'll be vital in Peltz's proposal: One seat would make him basically a gadfly, and more than two would provide reason for "power play" fears. With just two seats, Peltz looks more reasonable--that he's here for honest accountability, and his ideas can be taken or left after honest discussion at the board meetings.
What I find troubling is Iger's resistance. Virtually every current member of the board is handpicked by him, with what appears to be no accountability. The lack of succession planning right away raises alarm bells as that never occurred despite his promises. Peltz's plan shows no harm beside turning Disney back to profitability, and Iger's stark resistance to that is most troubling.
He was also the one who spearheaded Cars Land, though he was promoted before it was finished.
Unlike Bob iger, who mentions "creativity" on a regular basis but doesn't understand it all, Rasulo gets it. One of the biggest problems with Disney right now is that Iger has filled the Board with his cronies. There is exactly one person who has the nerve to question him. Having Rasulo on board probably won't turn the situation around, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

Everyone can say what they want, but the Tiana version of this ride is certainly going to be more attractive. Not that Splash Mountain was ugly; there were issues. MK's version had that too-high stone wall, which pretty much meant you had to be of a certain height to catch the briar patch money shot. It was also way too orange. And busy as well, with way too much dark wood and dark stone and dark, ugly, fake grass. I changed my mind, MK's was pretty ugly.
DL's version was a much better color, but its best feature was all the REAL greenery. All that grass growing everywhere made it look like part of the landscape instead of something just plopped down into the middle of a theme park. The stone wall fronting it was lower here, but for some reason they decided a bunch of shrubbery should block this view. To the left, there was a long section with wooden fencing, which should have showcased the money shot better - you could easily see the briar patch - but that still wasn't the optimal viewpoint. From the D23 model, it does look like they are going to fix the viewpoint issue. Well, they're just opening everything up, which is what Splash always needed. So far, so good. BUT...
Disneyland didn't even try with Tiana's Palace. It got new paint, colors that are not reminiscent of either the French Quarter or The Princess and the Frog. The French Quarter is all about brick: red, orange, brown. If it doesn't have brick, then it tends to be pastel, though dark reds are also popular. The iron railings are dark, to offset the lighter colors of the walls. You only have to visit the rest of New Orleans Square to see that there was a time when Disney understood color and contrast. We're now three decades into this ongoing belief that pastels and deep, dark colors have no business on Disney property. (Most recently seen in Journey of Water, where the blacks and greys of Polynesia's mountains were erased for a browner Caribbean look.) Tiana's Palace is lemon on top and a tangerine on the bottom. In their obsessive hatred of pastels - and spending money - they made a building that could be plopped down in the Italian Riviera, once again putting us in a different place than the one they want us to be in. I guess they just think all their guests are too stupid to make these connections.
Then there are the hunter green iron railings. I don't know why I hate them so much, maybe it's just because they are so glossy. They call attention to themselves when they should just be accents. (Looking at the rest of New Orleans Square and the Haunted Mansion, none of the railings are glossy.) It also may have something to do with there not being enough contrast with all the bright, shiny colors here. But the real atrocity is the gold railing above the entrance. Or maybe it's green and gold... it's hard to tell because Disney fans REALLY love their saturation. Either way, it's so cheap-looking that whoever dreamed it up should be fired, along with everyone that approved it, as well as everyone who saw the finished product and thought it was fine. It literally looks like some wall "art" you can buy at Big Lots.
And that garbage on the roof? In the movie they are fancied-up smokestacks, something to show that Tiana improves upon what she is given. Unlike Disney. In the concept art, they were clearly brick, which would have been one of the few nods to the actual source material. Instead we got what appears to be a dark - but still shiny - blue, because black is totally against the law. I originally called them salt shakers, but honestly, if we all called them what they really look like - sex toys - maybe Disney will fix them.
Tiana wanted Tiana's Palace to be classy. Instead, she got the tackiest place in New Orleans. Well, at least there's a bunch of trees hiding most of the hideousness.
This is gonna be movie on Thanksgiving 2024, will be Disney Star vs The Forces of Evil is return to theaters next year. This is gonna be epic!

need to talk about getting prices back to the way they were before the pandemic happen. When they do that they will get more people to come back to there parks 🏞️ and essentially getting more money in the parks to do more of the things they or wanting to do. Glendale had the money to do all this that they're talking about.

😂 no, not yet… BUT I’m going to! Were you on the same flight! We found out it was cancelled on the way to the airport, as they never emailed me it was cancelled. Then we got on another flight, but it was sooner than the original one so we had to race to the gate. It was CHAOS! I know this would almost never happen, but I wish they would use some of that new money they promise to spend on all parks, make another Monorail to go out to animal kingdom, not sure where to start? maybe behind the countries of EPCOT?
In 2024, or maybe next year, Disney needs to sell off the 20th Century Studios and 20th Television IP/libraries, along with Searchlight Pictures and FX (with the exception of the 20th-produced Marvel, Star Wars, and Avatar content). Disney has killed a legacy of Hollywood and has broken Disney’s back. The company also had a rather bad 2023, especially at the box office.

Nothing on that front for a while. But eventually I expect that to be a project that gets greenlit. Maybe at D23?
I was thinking the Country Bears wouldn't go down for the retheme until after Tiana's debuted in the summer. If both closures have overlap it would mean two adjacent attractions offline simultaneously. And really, how long do they need for this retheme anyway? I know Disney has been horrendously slow of late but it's not like the whole theater needs a refit; doesn't it amount to just sprucing up the Bears and reprogramming them to lip sync in time to the new song lyrics? I can't see that taking more than six months so they could plausibly have it up in time for Christmas if they close in June.
The problem is the Bears are pneumatic, not electric motor, animatronics. They are hard to reprogram, hard to maintain, and the content / song list itself is out of date. Making the jump to servomotors will ensure the attraction is reconfigurable, which means much easier holiday overlays. That being said, I drag my family there every time we go to DW (though the kids don’t understand why).
@@polysillyconshort wait, and you get to sit down in the a/c or heat for a lengthy time. It’s the same reason I do Hall of Presidents. My family fully understands why, because I flat out tell them why. I used to joke about how much I loved the Peoplemover too, but now there’s an obnoxious wait. It used to be walk on. I blame Offhand Disney for that one.
The Country Bears closure won’t really have much of an effect on the crowds. Splash Mountain on the other hand definitely does. They are taking a ride that always has an hour or more wait out of commission. Country Bear never really had much of a wait, and when it was your turn to sit, there really wasn’t much of an audience. Now then, when Tiana does open, the crowd level will be far worse than Splash Mountain ever was, so getting people to want to experience Country Bears may help ease that a little. But honestly, when crowds are that bad, guests do all sorts of crazy things, like ride the riverboat and visit Tom Sawyers Island.
@@polysillycon thanks for the info, I wasn't aware of this. I did think the AAs would need a bit of sprucing up on account of their age, but not that they had a completely different motor. I assumed - because they have had holiday overlays before - that reprogramming was not such a chore. I guess then it's a question of whether we'll be getting all-new AAs (which can be staged offsite while the attraction in its current form still operates) or they plan to refurb the existing ones. Hopefully they don't do it on the cheap (like the monorail) and aim for something longer lasting and easily adaptable.
Just imagine if Disney put the $4 billion in the parks and not into purchasing, what has become the grossly mismanaged Lucasfilm properties🤔
If you are not a local to Disneyland, avoid it! 2024 will not be worth the ticket price. You will not have splash/Tiana’s or haunted mansion. Many other rides will also be down for refurbishment.
If you want something to look forward to, Disney is not a good place for that train of thought. Support the Proxy fight if you want Disney to have a future.

Disney+ will also have some things as well like SISTER ACT 3 and for Cinemas also in Nov 15th possible that it will come out is NATIONAL TREASURE 3 with Nicholas Cage and the Animated new one (no. 63???) on Nov 27th and a Untitled DISNEY MOVIE PROJECT on APRIL 5th (as long as they don´t skipped it because of the Strike)???
And technically kinda we could consider the SONY MARVEL Films at least MADAME WEB and VENOM 3 in February 12th and Nov 8th to being kinda Part of the MCU like the shared Spiderman Films at least many like me would include those films and yeah even already stupid backlash for Madame Web it sounds like a important film for the Multiverse SAGA so that´s why many considering it being Part of even when nothing official was spread out yet if of if not they would or could be considered even when rumors claiming that the SonySpiderVerse would join the MCU in one point, we have to wait and see.

Many already want or have to turn their backs for the Parks since it is harder to afford going there for families dramatically but even for shorter groups or SOLO travellers as well and it isn´t that much funny having always production walls all over the parks and taking to long for things especially when they making easier attempts updating existing things rather than bringing fully new stuff the progress that UNIVERSAL das with EPIC Universe is impressive still almost two years and so much already done Disney could learn something not necessarily their strange concepts with some Ride Vehicles fitting only for Kids or Asians like some of the strange rides there but with the progress on building things faster mostly than Disney put up some things.
But with the Government Problems we shouldn´t expecting some positive effects since they trying to messing up with the Company making things so problematic the Blue Sky things could be easily results of such issues not been able to focussing on real developements that could been in the works with regulations issues and such.

With the parks, the Imagineers really need to deliver on these upcoming projects. I do hope we'll get some updates on the Avengers Multiverse Attraction at D23. Aside from Web Slingers, Mission Breakout and many of the shows some claimed the there's not much to do at Avengers Campus but soon that might change. Even though a lot of people aren't giving the land much credit, I still enjoy it and I'm very desperate to go down there someday.
The Test Track updates is something I really excited about cause I'm one who has never ridden World of Motion. But I do want to experience more of 80s Epcot when it's complete and Cosmic Rewind did give me a taste of it.
I do hope Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be a worthy successor to Splash Mountain. Yeah it still sucks that we lost one of the mountains but with the times we're in now I think the change is still necessary.
Going to the Cruise Line, I really excited to see what the Disney Treasure has to offer. Glad that they're adding Avengers Quantum Encounter again and I wonder they'll incorporate Spider-Man into the show. Obviously yes, I'm super excited for the Haunted Mansion parlor. After adding the Hatbox Ghost in Florida I'm glad the attraction is getting more love and I do hope a restaurant will make it's way to the Magic Kingdom soon. Plus I do want the Jungle Cruise and 20,000 Leagues lounges to have some clever references to S.E.A.
Now for movies, they really need to step up their game in this arena cause the strikes left a big hole for Hollywood.
I'm really excited for Deadpool 3 cause now that we're deep into the Multiverse Saga we know that the MCU will get even crazier once we get to Secret Wars. Since you mentioned, I totally forgot that the Mufasa prequel was coming. No joke, it's been a long time since we've heard anything about this movie but I do hope it's good when it comes out.
Another movie I'm looking forward to might be unknown to some watching this channel, and while I don't expect it to be announced at D23 but before the start of summer in 2024 I'm praying that Disney will release the trailer for Descendants: The Rise of Red. I'm a huge Descendants fan and I've watched all of the movies on Disney Channel. After D3, I really wanted the franchise to expand and now with this spinoff this is a good opportunity. Now I know some fans out there might think it's unnecessary due to the passing of the late Cameron Boyce, cause they've been saying that they should've stopped at D3. However I humbly disagree, cause before Cam passed away he really wanted the franchise to continue when he was done along with Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson and Booboo Stewart. But what those fans don't realize is that Descendants isn't just about the Core 4. It's mainly about each story and most of all the world that the characters interact in. So now this next film is gonna branch out to other places and introduce new characters with their own stories, but it will still be in the same world.
So Disney really needs to deliver on a lot in 2024 but they need give a solid execution with these projects.

Honestly I love Princess and the Frog and I love Splash Mountain but they need to make it as equally as amazing otherwise it will ruin the history and the franchise. Like Frozen ever after ride which kind of looks amazing and sort of respects the past ride; however, it just feels like they are always wanting it safe and basically something too safe can actually be not really safe or could be a danger. I mean of course safety is important but safety wouldn’t happen if risks weren’t done. Honestly, I would give Tiana’s Bayou Adventure a shot but if guests aren’t really that impressed then this could end up like the experience of Journey into Imagination.

Yes there will be a new Walt Disney Animation Studios film in 2024. I believe the studio is returning to the fairy tale formula after Wish returned to form. I don't know what they plan to adapt but it will the 63rd feature from the studio.
