Dan is so good at using adversity as a motivational tool. Him and the team love being the underdog. I still think we will win the conference and probably that 1 seed. I'm still concerned about the playoff run that we have but Dan loves making lemonade out of lemons. Most teams would have folded already but not this team, they keep finding a way. It's why I think he deserves coach of the year. Just look at the 49ers who are already eliminated

Me and my wife are going to our 1st lions road game this week in Chicago. Traveling up from NC. Anyone know of any lions fan tail gating or gatherings before or after the game?
We only have 4 more loses to go and then we will be out of our misery. 😡 We have no players left, that Coaching has been horrible the past couple of weeks and we are losing gas at the wrong time of the year. 4 and done.
If he is so confident in his team (his defense in particular) he wouldn't be doing onside kicks with 12 minutes left. He knows they have a bunch of practice squad players cosplaying as NFL starters on defense. He kicks onside kicks because he is desperate. All of this is bluster. FYI the Lions almost lost to the Bears in Detroit.

That is not a winning strategy (see NFC championship last year). Its a prayer to the football Gods. If he has confidence in his team, let them play the game out instead of relying on luck.

Hope so. But the number of injuries is so big that our D is probably worse now than his first year as head coach.
