Aapagar baking powder ke dibbey ke leblepar padhengi to us par likha payeingi "Active ingredient: sodium bicarbonate; Inactive ingredients:..." .Koshish karein ki aisi cheezon mein baking powder ya soda dono bhi na daalein. Uska sabse achchha tareeka hai ki aap is besan ke ghol kohaath se , ya whisk se ya hand/stick blender se phent (whisk/whip) kar lein. 3 minute ke baad is ghol ka ek boond paani ke bowl mein daalein, agar wo turant uupar y=tair kar fload karey to aap ka ghol tayyar hai, uupar se kurkure aur andar se nae=ram (fluffy) pakodon ya boondi ke liye. Baareek biindi ke liye bhi pehle ghol ko phaent lein, aur phir us mein paanidaal kar patla karein aap ke vyanjan ka texture zyada achchha banega.
Agar deep fry kisi cheej ko karna hai to uske liye nonstick coating wale kadhai mein chaanne ki koi jaroorat nahin hoti. Nonstick ka purpose kam tel mein khana pakane ke liye hota hai.
