Anguirus still has badass spikes and he can roll into a ball and he is highly intelligent. Also he can burrow underground, and he has a lot of durability! Also, originally he was going to have the same nuclear breath as Gojira when they put him in the 1950s movie but then Toho changed their mind...which I think was a good idea, to not allow him to have a nuclear breath. The nuclear breath is what makes Gojira/Godzilla unique...giving Anguirus that wouldn't be a good idea.

Hedora is listed as the 8th most Bad Ass Kaiju, but to me..? that is VERY wrong - Between his adaptive shape shifting and the fact that he is LITERALLY a walking disease (He spits out toxic smog, and hurls parts of himself that corrode/infect/poison anything it touches) and that..? puts him in the top 3 in my book. The only two that are more deadly are Ghidorah, and the King himself - Godzilla.

For those of you interested in the game itself, good luck trying to get it. After taking it away from the PS store, physical copies skyrocketed to at least $200 on average. It's a great game, don't let people tell you that it sucks just because it's not destroy all monsters, but if you're looking for a movie experience, you're going to just have to look elsewhere. That or just gett an emulated copy.

All the other kaiju get impressive entrances, but Larva Battra, Hedorah, and, most glaringly, the Godzillas just walk onto the set. No fanfare, no special effects or cutscene, they just show up. Feels like they missed a lot of opportunities

I really wish this game was still available because I lowkey really love the game. Like imagine a game with them all, Monsterverse, Heisei, Showa, Shin, and Millennium, hell even 1998 Zilla in there. Probably would be licensing hell but would be nice to just have a game with them all duking it out / destroying cities would be a blast. Edit; forgot about Singular Point and the Anime Trilogy. Although personally I have yet to watch SP(nor is it done), and the Anime versions would probably be too hard to insert due to the sheer size of them(like Godzilla Earth being 300m or Void Ghidorah being apparently like... That would literally be my dream Godzilla game, with a Super Smash Bros Ultimate feel to it with every Godzilla monster imaginable able to be played. It would also be a third person fighting game much like the Pipeworks trilogy. I don’t think they’d need to worry about licensing since Godzilla: Battle Line, a mobile game, did it as well with no issues. Also, if they did collabs with other monster franchises like Gamera, Ultraman, and the Monsterverse, I’d be totally down for it even if it was DLC. All in all, I hope a Godzilla game similar to this format gets made.

All Heisei neutral but sometimes hostile, And all of millenium gojira are hostile, And final war gojira is hostile but after he met his son, he is neutral. And legendary gojira is friendly or dont care anything about human. And shin godzilla is a depressed creature with mind that want to die but the body refuse it. Well I guess I can help clear some things up. I actually managed to get the game when it came out (still have it). For everyone wondering why they kept the same designs, remember this game came out in 2014. They have godzilla 2014 and thats the most recent. It was taken off of sale in 2015. The game is great with the campaign and battle mode.
I wish that they would use Ghidorah’s classic roar instead of the Rodan mix. I never understood why they mixed Rodan’s roar in the movies as Ghidorah’s as if G fans wouldn’t recognize it immediately.
Tell me about it, not only do I utterly love and miss his classic giddy giddy giddy cackles I miss his showa look too. Instead of always going for his 90s reptilian european dragon look I wish they'd bring him back to his oriental lion's maned, antler-topped, and somewhat simian-faced appearance from the 60s.

I know a lot of people prefer Destroy All Monsters, but this game was as true to the classics as any will be. Personally I loved this game, although it is quite repetitive with the generator destruction.

I actually managed to get the game when it came out (still have it). For everyone wondering why they kept the same designs, remember this game came out in 2014. They have godzilla 2014 and thats the most recent. It was taken off of sale in 2015. The game is great with the campaign and battle mode.

I wish that they would use Ghidorah’s classic roar instead of the Rodan mix. I never understood why they mixed Rodan’s roar in the movies as Ghidorah’s as if G fans wouldn’t recognize it immediately.
Tell me about it, not only do I utterly love and miss his classic giddy giddy giddy cackles I miss his showa look too. Instead of always going for his 90s reptilian european dragon look I wish they'd bring him back to his oriental lion's maned, antler-topped, and somewhat simian-faced appearance from the 60s.
@@theKyuubiKunai Definitely. Ghidorah’s Showa look was so much better then his different looks during the entire Heisei. And yeah, I totally agree with the tufts of hair around his neck. That was a nice little detail that I wish they’d kept.

@@midlandtxm yeah apparently it became a rare game due to being a financial flop. It was removed from shelves and the PSN store. I enjoyed it for what it was but then again im a huge godzilla fan so im seeing through red glasses.

I know a lot of people prefer Destroy All Monsters, but this game was as true to the classics as any will be. Personally I loved this game, although it is quite repetitive with the generator destruction.

I would be so happy with a modern “destroy all monsters” with EVERY godzilla monster to date (presumably with paid dlc), and skins of every version of each character. No need for anything fancy - just updated graphics, and city landscape to fight. Everywhere from monster island to shang-hai.
