Mike, thanks for the heads up on dynamic pricing. Ticket master is a con job. The band seems to be playing both sides here. Oh, we tried. I hope they keep their word and do something about price.
Noel continues to be an excellent writer and I think he’s learned his lesson regarding putting out subpar Oasis product (he still bemoans Be Here Now), so I have high hopes for the new album as well.
Michael, one more thing, I agree with you that Definitely Maybe and Morning Glory are both classic albums. Be Here Now is good albeit a bit shaky. And I understand that you may feel Standing on the shoulder of Giants and Heathen (Chemistry) may be weaker. But let me request that you give a listen to Dig out your Soul and Don’t believe the Truth. They are both great Oasis albums. Take care.❤
You know what they say “money is thicker than water” ;) I’d be weary of this “new album” could be nothing more than just a compilation with 4 “songs” Something smells off about this whole thing.
It was so expected that Oasis was playing in North America. The "rumored" September 6 Rose Bowl date here in Southern California was all but a sure thing when they announced the reunion. I saw them a few times back in the '90s and early 2000s. I know the tickets were reasonable back then, even the tenth-row-from-the-pit seats I had in 1998. They were never as big here in the US as in the UK, but they packed the Hollywood Bowl back in 2003.
Why is Noel hiding? Just did a clip on this whole thing, seeming like a sham and not a "real" reunion. God bless Michael 🙏 Always love your delivery 🤙5:00 This!
I know you do not like the idea of a Tour involving Oasis. Thank you so much for mentioning Jellyfish in your SF Band selection. I hope Zak Starkey is on Drums.
They made two decent if derivative albums and started proclaiming that they were the best band in the world. There are at least four more accomplished bands from Manchester.
Ticketmaster gets all the hate.....but the artists are the ones screwing their fans for $$$. Grunge fans could use a shower, and are generally stoners.....that's why it's called dope.
The Gallagher feud has been one of the biggest PR hoaxes to be perpetrated in the music industry in decades. They've been civil and friendly for years. And everyone ate it up with a spoon.
Ill worship the real God, for free instead of $700. Thanks.( Ok, ticketmaster in '24 tix for Joan Jett and B Adams: $90, but the actual one set by the artist:$60. So those tix that have alot higher on top...whos fault? U know who).
Or do believe the lies Taylor? I truly hope that the brothers are serious in eliminating Dynamic Pricing without the usual loopholes that Ticketmaster takes in this situation! If they are on the up and up, I’ll gladly admit i am wrong! ❤❤❤
3 or 4 good songs not my cup of tea and the brothers feuding for years doesn’t bode well for me either total cash grab I’ll be watching you tube videos

I blame the corporations like Ticketmaster. If we’re gonna rag on Oasis, then we have to rag on “every” artist, not just Oasis. Cheers 🎵🎶🎼❤️🍻
The Cure made the biggest anti-Ticketmaster headlines in 2023 for actually standing up to them. So we know it's possible.
No, just Oasis if it will make you more upset Matthew.

The 3 shows in the USA are stadium shows. I just don't see them filling up stadiums. I'll be currious how it goes at the gate.

Agreed. They are just a Beatles tribute band. How Noel hasn't been sued more often is beyond me. He's ripped off so many songs.
