@@michael6115 Not even remotely close to being realistic. The sound in game after the update is even worse. It's is way too sharp to the point where it feels like it's carving my ear drums. I doubt if you ever have had the realistic experience of bolting and reloading a Kar98K. Since gaining access to one won't be too easy either I'd suggest you search RUclips for Kar 98K sound and then compare it with the game. In the game it sounds like the rifle was defective at production or has never been used or cleaned/lubed in which case the bolting would be rough and probably won't even sit in properly. The bolting mechanism doesn't even sound like that in cold conditions so you can't put up that argument either.
I get what you're saying. I've shot rifles and I think you're overthinking it. I think they just wanted more of a scraping sound and the metal sounds to be more pronounced but hey it's not that serious to me.

The 3x LITERALLY has those lines so you don't have to estimate it gives you some points to shoot off of... It is faster and more accurate. It takes the guess work out of long range when you figure it out

Sounds on Karaken are broken. Sounds from the mines sound like if they are all around you.
Maybe there is a world scale issue and people are "smaller" so they are actually closer than you're used to. Makes the shots go high.

The multiple level theory of an inside map could meant the 'circle' closes in from the top and bottom.
@The Holy Ghost yeah I think so too. Do like stages, the later it goes the more floors that are taken with each 'circle' phase
