    thanks for all the videos you made in this quarantine time.As preperation class student i wnated to learn things about aerodynamics but reading books were so boring, so i looked for the videos and found yours. These are so well-made and fun to watch.I wont even study aerodynamics and i thought this is a cool thing to learn(since i always loved airplanes) there were nothing but your videos i am a bit rusty but i can still understand the things you say.I hope you wil be a good engineer one day keep up the good work. :)

    I really love that you are posting these helpful videos because I'm studying Aerospace engineering and I don't find that many helpful videos on youtube. keep on posting and stay safe.

    This video really helped me with understanding Reynold's Transport Theorem in fluid mechanics, which has the unit vector n with dot product of velocity, which I was really having trouble with. Thanks so much!!

    My only question is, Why unit vector U1 in S1 is opposite to the direction of the wind ....Can we create unit U1 along the direction of the wind just in the opposite face of S1....

    • @AliyaBurkit
      @AliyaBurkit  3 года назад

      We can if we are inside the control volume and want to determine force distributions from that point of view

      @@AliyaBurkit What is the actual purpose of unit vector ...It would be an honour to know that....

      @@rosishkatuwal5677 I think it’s a helpful reference for the direction of any given vector. Since you’re given the direction of a unit vector you can just sort of multiply for whatever magnitude suits your purpose. That’s at least my understanding of it so far.
