Dorothy Squires was a wonderful singer. For me you got the best of Dorothy in live performances. She took you on an emotional journey that was amazing. I've known her to get standing ovations midway through a song. A lovely lady to her fans.....she was adored by them.

This song dates from the very early 20th century and was first sung by FRITZI SCHEFF ( 1879 ~ 1954 ). Dorothy does a fine rendition too !
