I explain the ending to Oddity as best as I can with regards to the Bell boy and the bell that rings. I give a small movie review for the film at the end.
Oddity is a 2024 Irish supernatural thriller film written and directed by Damian Mc Carthy. The film centres on a blind medium and curio shopkeeper who is still grieving the death of her twin sister a year prior. A wooden mannequin from her cabinet of curiosities becomes crucial to her quest to uncover the truth about her sister's demise.

The movies scariest part was the ending when they made it seem like he might get away with it for a second haha

just finished the movie and i enjoyed it. no stupid characters making infuriating braindead decisions, it's a lot of suspense and mystery for the first two acts.
the bellboy design is underwhelming, almost comical. i'm personally more interested in this other toy, the cymbals clapping monkey toy. we saw in one shot that it clapped but we dont know what it does and what it summons
I think it clapped for artistic effect. I don't think it was actually doing anything. Maybe we'll find out in February. :D
That same monkey is in the movie caveat apparently the director was working on both movies
@hiroshi6421 Loved it too. My only problem is she promised she didn't want to kill him (and the bell boy appearing suggests he was going to be killed ), she said she was going to expose him and take everything. I feel they chose the wrong ending because they focused on the bell. I think it would have been an even better movie of Ivan clicked the bell and got killed and the Dr got exposed and lost everything .
