To be honest, I'm using mine, with base antennas,,,big stick, ground plane, a boomerang, and a dipole, but for mobile, the absolute optimum is a 102 inch whip,,,you'll get no better than that,,,but, that magmount, probably wont hold it,,,I use a 3 magnet hd mount for mine,,,so you could use a 5/8 wave 1/2 wave, And smaller"wound", antenna,,,all will work,,,the best,,,102 inch whip,,,nothin touches that,,,,I'm having a freakin blast, with this radio,,,,thanks for watchin!!😎

The radio, is not illegal, if you are a ham radio operator, it is a 10 meter radio,,,if you do the mod,,,and transmit, on 11m, its probably illegal,over the power allowance,,,,wherever, you are,,,but you can LISTEN,to anything, you want, anywhere,,,good job scoring the last one,,,they're selling like crazy,,,big fun,,,😎 @@VOLKZZORN
