Blessings and greetings from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I used to make this question to myself but I realize that God is my Heavenly Father who really loves me.

My kids had a father who lived with us, but spent most of his time at work and abused us emotionally. He disclosed lifelong sex addiction 4.5 yrs ago at 38 yrs married. Separated now. My father (I’m adopted at 2 wks) was a wonderful Godly man. Lost him in Dec at 93 yrs old. I struggle daily with the damage done to my children.

I am truly so heartbroken to hear of the abuse and mistreatment you endured at the hands of your husband. And I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am praising God that you had a loving, God-fearing father. May God be near to you as you grieve these pains and losses. God bless you, dear sister. 💙

Having narcissist evil parents has definitely affected my relationship with God, I "know" God is loving etc but I don't like the idea of having another parental figure controlling my life again 😭.
