It's such a good feeling right after you clean your home! I think the stress of it makes the kitties tired! I've heard so many viewpoints on tongues. I have definitely seen the fake use of tongues, but I don't see how anyone can dispute when an individual uses it as part of their prayer language. You don't have to feel funny about sharing that with us, because like you said, we are all on a journey. None of us knows everything about how the Holy Spirit can move in our lives.

@@TheCatLady51 Thanks. Yes, I have definitely seen the fake use of tongues, too. I’ve also seen pastors pressure people into speaking in “so-called “ tongues. So, all of that is rather disturbing. I think the Corinthian church fell into the trap of abusing the gift and making it seem like the most important thing and that’s why Paul wrote his famous love chapter in 1Corinthians 13 “If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging symbol”. Oh and yes, maybe you’re right about the kitties-my cleaning routine probably did stress them lol 😂

"(2) For anyone who speaks in a tongue a does not speak to people but to God. Indeed, no one understands them; they utter mysteries by the Spirit....(13) For this reason the one who speaks in a tongue should pray that they may interpret what they say. (14) For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. (15) So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will also pray with my understanding; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with my understanding." 1 Corinthians 14: 2,13-15
You made some very good points. Whenever I pray earnestly for someone or about a situation, many times I don't know how to pray. So I ask God to pray for me through an unknown tongue, and according to scripture, I always ask for an interpretation as I'm praying. It's a wonderful gift that any Believer can simply ask for and it's a powerful accessory to ones prayer life knowing that God is moving situations around us or for those we are praying for.
Thanks again Sara for making this channel, for reading the bible, for your valuable and insightful comments as well as your prayers.

I would never question a genuine expression of tongues, if I ever witnessed it. How could I question or doubt that experience, when I've had several experiences that nobody would believe, and that even I didn't believe, at first. One of those experiences was that, one time, in the early '80s, when I was a new "meditator", and had been meditating daily (sometimes more than once a day) for almost 2 years, and I kid you not,
this one day, I levitated off the floor about a foot. The way I know is that the THUD of my body when it hit the carpeted floor!!!! I had been doing a meditation where I would essentially visualize sending love from my heart out to the entire universe.
Eventually, I came to realize it was "just one of those things", because it never happened again........although, in thinking back now, I did cut down on the amount of deep meditation I was doing during that time.
Hmmm. You got me thinking again, as usual! 🧠🤔🥰🙏

Shalom Sara! I really enjoyed this video. It was so cute how Henry got up and there was Guster behind him! I love how you brought out “Yeshua” from the verse. Yeshua literally does mean salvation. It’s interesting because Jesus does not mean salvation. I understand that’s the name most people know, but I personally only use Yeshua because it’s His given name. I am really glad you shared about the gifts of the Spirit. I believe, according to the Bible that they are absolutely for today. How else would we be able to bring forth the power of God without them being imparted in us by the Holy Spirit. One example I see in the Bible that the gifts are for today is 1 Corinthians 14:1 which says, “Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.” This verse says to eagerly desire the gifts of the Spirit. How can that not be for today? Here I go rabbit trailing again 😜. Please don’t feel nervous to talk about things of the Lord when He puts them on your heart. This video was a blessing to me! I pray you have a blessed evening in Yeshua, and me and Esther send you and the sweet kitties lots of hugs! ❤️🐶😻😻🤗🙏💕

@@robbinkaplan8451 Thanks Robbin I’m going to try to just do this audio message and see if it works. So I’m just talking into the text because my fingers are tired. 🤣. So forgive the weird punctuation if there’s any weird punctuation. Yes, I totally believe in the gifts of the spirit and that they are for today it’s good to hear that you are if that opinion, too. I think it’s very interesting about the name of Jesus and I, more and more, would like to use his given name because of the rich meaning within his Hebrew name. It also reflects his Jewish identity and nature. I’m glad you enjoyed this video as I did feel a little uncomfortable sharing about my “tongue.” 😅. Please never apologize for going on your rabbit trail! They are a blessing to all of us!! Hugs to you and Esther!!!! 🐶😻💕😻🙏💕

@ Yes, the name Yeshua does reflect His name and identity. I love how you put that Sara! Acts 4:12 says, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Yeshua! I really enjoy in-depth Bible study, and feel so blessed to be able to learn and share. The punctuation seemed good with your talking text 😜! I pray Yeshua’s shalom and blessings be upon you! ❤️🐶😻😻🤗🙏💕
