Bong, you may confused this bridge with Phnom Penh-Chroy Jongvar-Areyksat Bridge (which is planning to build next year, funded and will build by South Korea). Regarding to this bridge (Koh Norea bridge) was built by OCIC company who owned multiple mega projects/companies in Phnom Penh such as Koh Pich, Koh Norea, Canadia Bank, Soriya Shopping Center, Ratana Plaza, Olympia City, and New International Airport at Ta Khmao. The company expert in building flyover as we have seen that they're the one who built all flyovers in Phom Penh.
