Always calibate your dron from where you are going to fly. And Always pick up the drone, and rotate it for calibration. You don't want a fly away situation. Keep the drone close, and monitor the number of GPS sats your drone is picking up. More sats means better flying and positioning of your drone. It also helps prevent your drone from flying away or doing the toilet bowl of crash death lol. Keep line of sight. It's illegal not to, and prevents problems
RC I just received my HS720G, I’m not sure, because I’ve watched and read so much information on this drone, but I think I read if you contact customer service at HS, they will send you a additional battery. On Monday going to check that out ! Tc from Nevada
i saw that on the app, it said contact/email them and they will send you a new battery. So I email them and gave them my address , I just said send the new battery here lmao
They're getting better and better. But knowing Holystone, it'll be a bit more expensive than it should be. Good to see practical settings for the camera; pity though that once the camera doesn't face the horizon straight on, that same horizon gets warped into an arch :-\
This drone is actually better than the HS720E in that it has a 2axis gimbal but the quality of the flight and the fit and finish is better on the HS720E. 720E has bigger motors and it flies better. The HS600 which came out some time ago is the better one of the three. The HS600 has the 2axis gimbal and it is built like the 720E. I have just the flight footage video uploaded and will upload a review video soon. This drone was on sale for $209 on Amazon on prime day it is now back up to $299.
I tried a Samsung tab S tablet ( it has a good processor 2k screen) and the video does that too, I guess is not as fast connection frequency who knows but the phone works fine
Nobody listen to this guy. All DJI drones are equipped with RID, and you can't turn it off so the FAA can find out how far you are flying your drone, and trust me you don't want that fine. This drone has RID. They all pretty much do if they were built in the last year.

Haha! You noticed that eh? That damn GPS switch on the side always gets me to forget the ATTI mode flight. I had 90% blockage so a couple of stents fixed the problems :) I'll sqweez it in on maybe the distance test? Maybe I'll fly it in ATTI mode on the 4k video flights :) Thanks man!
I would like to see a take off demo in a narrow space between trees and houses for those of us not living on the desolate lunar surface (who can't get out to open spaces !!
You really shouldn't fly a gps drone in tight areas. You should be standing in an open area because if and when the drone looses connection, it will fly back to where it took off and this drone does not have obstacle avoidance feature.
Great video. I'm going to be upgrading from my HS175D to the HS720G within a couple weeks. Hard to get decent video with the 175., Without the gimbal it pitches with the drone every time. And shakes horribly when coming down. I love how steady your camera is. That's why I fly the drone... for good video. Where do you get the DVR Video, which is so much clearer. Is that using your cell phone video recorder? Or a laptop? It's much cleaner than the app video. Thanks for the great video. I can't wait to get my hands on this one. I guess I have to get my TRUST certificate and register it with the FAA?
I have this drone but how did you make the camera quality look so good on the other little image? Because normally when I use the drone it’s pretty blurry.
No, I wouldn't. The F11 Gim 2 has 3km fpv transmission without break ups and has 3km control distance without interference. So, here are the four drones that is better than this drone. Ruko F11 Gim2 SJRC F11s 4k pro SJRC f7 4k pro Holystone HS600

Nice enough drone, but 2 axis gimbal and not 3, is a bit disappointing (these days). Link says, currently unavailable and Holystone are rather costly i discovered. Mind you nice enough drone and great review, price will be the factor here.
It did sell at $209 for early prime so maybe it’ll go down for Black Friday. I actually prefer a two axis instead of a three axis gimbal because it is easy to over rotate while flying with a three axis gimbal since the gimbal plus EIS tend to have a latency to catch up to the physical yaw turn of the drone so where you think you stopped the yaw turn is not where it ends up.

Honestly, at this point I'd say, buy a DJI, hudson or Autel drone... if anybody's unsure, the DJI mini SE is $299 USD and the mini 2 SE is $339 USD.
The flymore package puts the Mini 2 SE closer to $500
Should keep THE fOAM FOR BATTERY SO YOU CAN STORE BATTERY IN DRONE WITHOUT CONNECTION
Holy stone is great for beginners but the range is literally the size of your yard.. Spend 2 more hundred and get a dji for a flight range of MILES!
It's illegal to fly out of line of sight. Plus DJI might be barred from using US networks so try flying a DJI if that happens.

For the lost connection, will it work better in airplane mode?
I don’t know in what way it would.
The HS WiFi may work better if you turn off cell service (I.e. airplane mode) from what others on YT have said.
