If u put a visa card with no money left it should bypass the error and you won't get charged. For me I have this problem because I purchased a lot of free trials from apps but was too lazy to cancel and was not charged because my paypal account was banned. I kept doing this exploit for months and eventually I got this. Best option is to get a new phone and make another apple acc

I fixed it you got to go into general storage offload the app and redownload it will update your app to the newest with are you racist needed a payment method and it keeps you signed into to your apps if you don’t believe me try it with a app you don’t use

you have to change your apple ID, because they are charging you for nothing. they are just taking money from your account, basically as if you were hacked. so if removing any cards or payment methods from your phone doesn’t work, i would change your whole apple ID

I found a loophole! Just log out of your account and update the app or download and just add your email and password when it asks you for it only, sadly this isnt a fix..
@@smhgrowth basically while your logging in there is small moment where it doesn’t ask you for the billing information, so better to log in only when it tells you to.
Just found out how to fix it after 2 yrs of struggling: The issue is something u paid for but it failed to charge you. To fix it you must enter another card (i used my sisters (had permission) it then automatically charges that new card ur debt and clears the debt from urs. from then on the restrictions are removed and u can switch back but u dont have to as from then on u can download apps even without a card.
