Calwdeen looks like a werewolf and you can tell Cleo’s a mummy with her outfits and eyes I get your point but they still look more monstery to me idk if this doll is a witch or a vampire and at least Rue Paul has wings

Cleo is literally a human, might be shown in mummy styled clothes but she is not even decomposed like a zombie… mago al of course, but body-like totally human lol and is nothing wrong with having human characters, Monster High is about loving EVERYONE no matter the looks or origins
the New Scaremester comic books are very..um.."Riverdale-pilled" but I like the artwork so much I just keep buying em😂😭
I think it's one of the reasons why some fans are not interested in this new continuity (and the YA book didn't help, I will add, so it's totally logic). I like the comics, however, its chaotic... but chaotic good. 😂

I got my hands on two of the Creeproductions, Draculaura and Clawdeen (I’m a super casual collector and already own the original Frankie and Lagoona, so I personally didn’t see a need to buy the creepros of them). Both of them came looking fine, but not great. Drac’s eyes are completely different sizes, her right eye being noticeably bigger than the other. And Clawdeen’s left eye isn’t focused, giving her a lazy-eyed look. Their hair is also kind of gross… Clawdeen came out of the box with a whole ass rats nest on her hair. Basically, I’m super happy to finally own both of these dolls, but I’m kind of disappointed with the quality of them. We waited a long time to get unsatisfactory dolls. Mattel needs to show the old school Monster High fans more love.
It’s so random to do a doll of a designer most people haven’t heard of.
The doll is Harris Reed in doll form. If you watch the video he talks about it. He is the lead designer at Nina Ricci.

All my dolls were beautiful in the face but my Frankie and draculaura were dang near balding you can see their scalp and they shed soooo much😭😭

I was devastated how fast they sold out, I only wanted Draculaura but I never even saw her listed until she was sold out.
Mattel needs to do better on quality and stock. These dolls, especially Drac, should be mass produced and available in stores for at least 3 months.

The criticism for Witch Weaver is not fair since people didn’t have much to say about RuPaul’s MH doll and they both have fangs and aren’t very “monster” like.
I love that monster high is just different with the dolls not saying other lines are not different it’s just when monster high drops a doll it’s like boom bang pow but when Bratz or Barbie itself drop something it’s like boom oh woww 😭😭😂😂😂😂

They also just come thrown in a box so they can become damaged and worn. Basically don't hope on getting a pristine box because all the cute cardboard decorations will have some sort of damage; unlike G3 where all cardboard details are hidden inside behind the plastic cover.

I’ve been reading the comics,I’m up to 4, and the Halloween special. I’m lucky enough to have a few local comic book stores, but I’m sure you could find them online, you might have to research some of the websites though. The story is very different but it is interesting. Apparently the book “ Once bitten, Twice Dead” gives more context to the comics, so I’m going to need to pick that up lol.

@ I haven’t seen any virtual comics for them, but maybe someone uploaded images somewhere. I remember on tumblr some of the older comics from G1 were posted.
The book is SO BAD but it's a bad its good, I just hope it's like an alt universe, cuz so much lore got changed

As beautiful as the weaver is? I'm sorry it's still too pricey 😭 I'm glad it's not $90 but I won't lie I will save to get anything else.

I totally missed out on the restock on all the sites! I guess it did me a favor since I hope to pick up the Dracula doll, which I also missed out on the early access day! I did get the my scene dolls. I’m broke they better quit for the rest of the year.

I doubt scalpers will bother asking for replacements since they won't even check before shipping out of the States. Hopefully, people are smart enough to inspect before paying the ridiculous prices scalpers demand. That way, scalpers either lose money selling cheap or end up with a pile of defective dolls. 😂

The Harris Reed doll is very beautiful...but I usually don't buy celerity dolls, and I see this more like a Barbie doll than a MH doll...so...I think I'm gonna skip

Does anyone know how long it takes for Mattel creations to ship?
All depends it took two months to ship my Barrbie. But then I heard they ship stuff quickly. I went with Amazon since I got free shipping, and I don't have to pay for the Fang Club. Also got new shelves. It's about time MH gets a shelf instead of being crammed on my dresser with my My Scene dolls.
