Very nice detailed clean build along with your others builds. Iv'e checked them all out. Your builds remind me of the ones Phil Jensen and Lou Kroak used to build back in the 70's. I believe the earliest releases of this Pete 352 had longer fuel tanks, not bigger around though just a fraction of an inch longer. I have several of the original releases. Looking forward to more of your post, thanks for sharing.
AWESOME build brother!!!! All you truck builders, listen up to what my brother is saying, about the wheel and tire updates. This really dresses the 352 Peterbilt up. No comparison to the AMT wheels and tire
Hey all, I wanted to personally thank everyone of you that made comments and subscribed, this means alot to me, if I get enough subs, I want to make this a fun channel and do give away contests as I'm trying to keep this hobby alive, it's sad that the new generation mostly wants only games and computers, once again thanks and bare with me as I'm learning this channel thing and working on learning how to get equipment that will allow me to do better quality videos, I'm a poor trucker so for now it's videos made from a ZTE straight talk phone LMAO 😅 thank you again everyone.
nice build on your semi truck.yours is the first truck. I've seen with the wheels turning.good job.just like I do with models.i like my wheels to turn.i don't glue them to not turn.
What a beautiful build brother. I seen a RUclips video a guy used a chrome shower rod to fashion his fuel tanks and he used the original fuel tank ends out of the kit. Turned out nice
Thank you, and yes, I've done the same using stainless tubes to do both reefer tanks and fuel tanks, I was basically doing a out of the box build with some unique easy modifications onca viewers request when I built that truck, thinking about ripping it apart and going nuts on a rebuild and do away with the Coka Cola decals.
Joseph Cox you’re attention to detail was amazing especially with the plumbing and the cummins motor. I loved how you ditched the Detroit for the Cummins. I’m just getting back into model building and gonna do semis so I got some great ideas from your build and I hope you don’t mind if I use a couple of your ideas. Mike
Thank you Rob, it's funny, I did a bunch of Mack's, no comments but I do this Pete and badda-bing LMAO 😅, guess I know what viewers want lol, thank you again.
FINALLY ANOTHER TRUCK MODELER ON RUclips! Nice Pete, If you want some really good detailed wheels/tires Mobius has the sets out there and italeri is really nice with a slight rework
I appreciate the tip, if you go back to the log truck build, those tires and rims are from a fellow that links up on Model Trucking Decals site, he has super nice accessories for truck models.
New member. Subscribed . Love it. Love your voice. Sound like a man's man. Lol. I can tell you love trucks first and models second. Thats the way i am. Why cant AIM make a 110 inch cab with S grab handles 352. Maybe a 108 k100, maybe a 86 inch aerodyne? Just a thought.
Thank you for subscribing and I agree on the sleeper sizes, I've extended so many cabover cabs in the past, currently doing a revamp on the Frieghtliner cab over, updating the era and doublebunking the truck. AMT actually did the 108" aerodyne in two chassis sizes and one being the B.J. McKay tractor and of course using a bit longer frame rails, did the Tyrone Malone race truck haulers the W-900L is an extended hood which is the only extended hood they produced, revell of germany makes the best kits for American style truck models.
I took my time and lightly honed out the hub holes and smoothed out the mount pins and made sure not to get paint on the front hubs, after pressing the pins into the hub and allowing it to dry, I used singer sewing machine oil to lightly lube between the rim and hub then rolled them around a bit, I've noticed if you assemble the rim and mount pins and then mount to the axle after painting, the wheels don't wobble nor do you possibly gluing the wheels and then nothing works. Great question and thanks for watching.
Really nice Pete. Great detailing and a terrific tip on using the chrome tape for tank straps. Dave

Beautiful build! New sub to your channel; sent over from Jeff's Model garage. - Jeff
Love the pete man damn fine job
I agree. I wish this kit came with a Cummins rather than a pusstroit
One frustration with this kit is the windshield recesses excessively. Should fit flush with the cab.openning.
Excellent Build Thank You
Nice work! Got you subbed

Now I'm digging this one hell yeah
Very nice build welcome
How did you make them beautiful rims to roll so well
