Nice to see that beautiful smile again, so happy that you got them adjusted. I love the dress that looks like a two piece with the flowy cover over it. As for packing for the trip, less is more! The girls shouldn't need a lot of makeup, they will be spending so much time outside in the water swimming, on the beach sunbathing or out sight seeing. With the heat and humidity in Florida your makeup will just melt off anyway. Taking enough for going to dinner or something is all they would need. When I would travel with my kids they were each given a small suitcase for clothes, and a small duffle bag for bathroom stuff, makeup, electronics, books etc. It will make your life so much easier on your trip. ❤ I am so happy and excited for you and can't wait to hear all about your trip! 😊
Diane I have had my dentures for almost 24 years and I don’t take mine out. I take them out when I’m cleaning up for the day and clean them at that time. I have never had a problem keeping them in. You look fabulous! 💜

Hey Diane 🙂 I've had false teeth since I was 22 (I'm 55 now) and I don't take them out at night. I use a soak for dentures when I have a bath and I brush them as usual morning and night. I hate taking them out and only do it when absolutely necessary. I had throat cancer and I had to take them out whenever I had radiotherapy treatment, and I wanted to cry. The radiographers were really lovely and got used to my tears 😝

I had been so anxious for you to get your teeth and see how much better you would feel. I hear you about not wanting to accept the fact we are getting older. It really bites but we have to embrace our age and make it look FABULOUS! You ROCK IT! I've ordered the ring lights from Temu over and over and it takes the same as a regular order. It's changing though, I ordered a camera and I had it in 2 days!!!! I was shocked. But there are vendors that ship out. Anything shipped by Temu will take as long as it takes. The best way to get it faster is to order over $40 worth of products so they will go ahead and ship. Otherwise they may hold it waiting for you to place another small order then ship the two orders together. I just got a box, YES Orange Box that is 3 orders combined, over 100 items. I put a picture in my community tab. I have thar haul video to do too, so I understand being worried about being behind, but life does that to us sometimes and you just gotta push through it, and girl, you are doing just that! The majority of homes and/or Condos are white with some Florida colors and it’s nice of that couple to allow you with kids to use their Condo too. The weather will be probably quite hot down here and I don’t remember but if you’re coming down during hurricane season, I sure hope there aren’t any storms that could happen while you’re here. Hi Diane, My dad always used toothpaste on his dentures. He would brush the heck out of them, lol. I remember when he 1st got his dentures, and he smiled and asked how he looked 😂😂 and I said gay lol. He started laughing. He never really showed his real teeth much, so it just looked weird on him. He even had bones coming out of his gums. He had them adjusted several times, but your gums shrink. Like I said in your last video, he used Fixadent. I miss him terribly 😔. He's been gone since 2006. 😢 I know I'll probably get grief from people because of what I said he looked like with teeth, but stick it, wear the sun, don't sunshine buttercup. I'm here for Diane. 😎💕
I can watch you for 2 hours. I don't get bored. I'm only gonna say one thing and don't take it the wrong way. I hate animal prints. I like everything else that you wear. But I just don't enjoy animal prints on anybody. So it's just me, not you. And you are so cute and so sweet and I just have a question. Are there nice beaches in Texas with all that water. I just don't know the answer to that 1. But I hope you have the best time. And I would also be stressed about a white white white in the apartment. Diane go to the thrift shop and buy sheets. Put them over the furniture at the condo. I do that at our place at the beach, we have the white furniture too. That's a great idea what I might do is try to find a thrift store down there and buy the sheets that way I don't have to pack them and then when I'm done I can just fold them up and leave them there wash them of course LOL.

So glad to see this. I told ya it would get better. Just needed to get it to fit correctly which is a chore sometimes. But, you’ll adjust to them and eventually feel like second nature. You have always been a lovely lady. Now, it’s just a bonus. Lovely lady!

Hey Diane, 1st of all glad your dentures are working, mine are a nightmare. I want implants but have agoraphobia so can’t get to dentist. Tops are ok but have lost bone on bottom and no matter how much adhesive I use they won’t stay down. Oh well….on to Destin. Fun fact: I was born at Elgin AFB in 1952, Dad was in Air Force. We lived in Niceville. On days when Dad got in early enough we would go to Destin to swim and try to cool off, no memory of this. We moved back to Texas in 54 or 55. In 1985 I went with my parents to Florida and we went to Destin, Mom just kept going on about how it had grown. I do remember the beach was white & beautiful. We actually live close together, I’m in Burleson & have figured out your in Haltom City. Have fun on vacation, lather on the sunblock cause you can burn fast.

Destin is amazing. I'm from West of there. But I live in NJ now. All of my extended family lives in the area. My grandgirl lives there and it's one of our favorite beaches to visit. Crab Island is fun it can get rowdy though. There are banana boat rides parasailing and the boardwalk offers a lot of games and entertainment. I wish I was down during your visit I would love to just give you a hug and tell you how much you've made me smile through your channel.

I'm so thankful you do make videos. I love your stories and I love the fact you don't go super fast. It's a pet peeve of mine. I realize that sometimes creators have busy lives but if they flash and item on the screen I can't always tell what it is. I turned 60 last fall. I don't much like it but the world didn't come to an end. LOL Also. I think Angela said she has two phones. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I just wanted you to know you are appreciated it. All my love sweetheart. Also, we have been married 23 years this summer and have only spent 1 night away from the house. My hubby would rather spend our money on the farm and on the house he and his dad built. And it is needed. So I just go to Branson with my daughter a couple of times a year and found out how homesick and how much I miss him. But I love getting to do something and spend time with my child and grand children. Ok, nuff from me lol.

Just check off the items as you pack. Maybe each of the older girls can make their own lists as well. You would only be responsible for Abigail, your husband and yourself. We girls are so high maintenance . Am I right? My favorite dress was actually the first one with no sleeves. Don’t worry about not liking your arms or even feeling less confident about your body. As we age we must dress the body we now have; not the body we wish we had!! Believe me at 70, I know all too well!! Loved watching your video as I always do. Lots of love from North Carolina!!
Diane, I have 5 kids and have been going to the beach for atleast 15 years. We always went on a budget to be able to afford to go for just a week. Over the years I have learnt what to take, how to pack and what to expect from the places you rent from. We went to Destin once, mainly because it’s very over crowded and expensive. If you are 58:1058:14 eating out every night, that’s a good place. We go to Navarre Beach, which is about 30 minutes west of Destin depending on the traffic. It is more family friendly and a little less expensive. If you would like me to share with you how I pack, what you need for the ocean and what we take I’d be more than happy to. It will save you money from buying stuff you already have and don’t need. I’m so excited and happy for you to have a great time away from your family!
The first and third pair of glasses were so nice and I love your animal print dress. Yes taking throws is a good idea because you don't want to damage the people white furniture. I am so glad you are getting away and sitting in a chair and sipping on a drink for ten days sounds so nice but honestly I can see you spending all ten days running behind the kids. My mom got dentures when she was in her 30s. She has never taken them out at night. She keeps them really clean, brushes them before bed and in the morning, and she's never had a problem. Can't say whether it would cause issues for you or not, but she has done just fine. You look great! I just turned 60 last week. I thought it would bother me more than it did. Just a number, right? I am happy and healthy and thankful!
It's a very common thing that as we get older , we really don't feel like a 60 or 70 year old , we still feel the way we always did many Birthdays ago, so when those numbers creep up it is so hard to believe we are that age ! 😕 Great you're doing so much better and that was a quick change around 😀 💜
Dental pain is up there with the worst pains in my life. I’m so glad you are feeling better🙌super cute vacay dresses and I’m in love with that boho star sweater like shirt. Btw, I’ve purchased a couple of ring lights with the stands at goodwill and they work great. You can usually find them there, just make sure you test them in store. Our Goodwills in Cali let you bring back electronics within 48 hrs😊
Dianne my husband has had dentures his entire adult life and sleeps with them every night. Keep them clean and make sure nothing gets under them like a small fruit seed or something like that. They look beautiful❣️

I was hoping u would try the jumper on. My temu is finally coming in tomorrow. I ordered it on the 3rd. geesh. lol It seems like it takes longer and longer. Walmart has a big markup on those stands/lights etc. If u knew the truth, they probably order them from temu. lol You would think the Dentist would tell how to clean ur dentures and take them out at night etc BEFORE u go home in them. Diane....that's very strange the dentist told you not to sleep in your denture. When I first got mine, they told me to keep the upper in. It helps your mouth and tongue adjust to having the denture in your mouth. I just made sure the denture was clean after I showered at night and I brushed my mouth gently to make sure my mouth was clean as well and I never had any issues. If you're cautious...you'll know very quickly if any rash or issues comes up. And warm salt water rinses should take care of it quickly.
You look gorgeous with that beautiful smile. Dont worry about how you look in a swimsuit , once you go the beach i feel nobody cares, There are so many girls at the beach running around almost half naked. Just wear what you want and have a great time.You always look great in the outfits you wear . I love Destin, its so beautiful and fun.

I have never taken mine out at night unless I had a sore spot and needed relief. I brush mine with toothpaste like normal.....most people have no idea I have them...and it's almost been 20 yrs and just now turned 61...so got them in my 40's....never had any problems once I got use to them.....U look so pretty and the the teeth are beautiful.....

My mum has dentures from her 30s and used to always put her teeth to soak every night and brushed them every morning with denture powder. She hated anyone seeing her without her teeth. I had it done on Wednesday. They did tell me to wear them to bed for the first 5 days. I am 3 days out. I am in a lot of pain. They don’t fill like they are sitting right. I am going back on Monday I am scared they won’t ever feel like they fit together. I also had bruising. I look like I have been hit in the face right now. This has been way more painful than I expected. .you look and are talking fantastic. My speech is still lispy.
Mine are still not sitting right this will be my second adjustment and I still can't eat hardly anything they wobble and they feel like they're hitting way too high up on my gums and I am still in pain this has been harder than I thought I'm right there with you.
@@dianabennett9818 That makes me feel a little better I was worried I was abnormal. I hate that we are both going through this. I go for my first adjustment tomorrow. I am only eating soft or soupy foods. My mind is ready for real food, I just need my mouth to catch up.

Hello Diane, nice glowing smile. Here’s a little tip you might try, buy a tooth guard and cut it for a good fit it you need to, you don’t want to grind your bottom teeth on your gum, it’s painful. The guard will look like you have top teeth. Have a beautiful day Louise.

Congratulations on losing 5 pounds 😊 also I have had mine for the last 5years and I take them out to clean and back in they go I have never had to take them out at night but this is my permanent not temporary maybe that makes a difference.My dentist also told me not to use toothpaste because it was abrasive but to just clean it with a liquid soap
girl, my sister, my nephews, our friend, and I went to Destin years ago. had the best time i loved it i didn't want to come home lol it was beautiful, i looked like a lobster when got home lol yall going to love it
I might have a solution for you -- an alternative to wanting to sleep with your dentures in. Get a mouth guard, they are made to sleep in. Supposed to stop people from grinding their teeth in their sleep. Your dentist can make you one. Rather expensive but insurance paid for mine. There are over the counter versions. I'd just be sure it is made out of a material that is safe to have in your mouth for such a long time.
My daughter goes to Destin every year on vacation. I will ask her the best places to go and things to do. I do know that the groceries cost more there and they charge tax on groceries so, you might want to take food with you.

I’m very excited for you and your vacation. Just forget about everything and have a blast. Diane go to the thrift shop and buy sheets. Put them over the furniture at the condo. I do that at our place at the beach, we have the white furniture too. We have 7 little ones and the couches still look pretty good. Plus the sheets are thinner and easier to pack.

That's a great idea what I might do is try to find a thrift store down there and buy the sheets that way I don't have to pack them and then when I'm done I can just fold them up and leave them there wash them of course LOL.

So glad to see this. I told ya it would get better. Just needed to get it to fit correctly which is a chore sometimes. But, you’ll adjust to them and eventually feel like second nature. You have always been a lovely lady. Now, it’s just a bonus. Lovely lady!

Hey Diane, 1st of all glad your dentures are working, mine are a nightmare. I want implants but have agoraphobia so can’t get to dentist. Tops are ok but have lost bone on bottom and no matter how much adhesive I use they won’t stay down. Oh well….on to Destin. Fun fact: I was born at Elgin AFB in 1952, Dad was in Air Force. We lived in Niceville.
On days when Dad got in early enough we would go to Destin to swim and try to cool off, no memory of this. We moved back to Texas in 54 or 55. In 1985 I went with my parents to Florida and we went to Destin, Mom just kept going on about how it had grown. I do remember the beach was white & beautiful. We actually live close together, I’m in Burleson & have figured out your in Haltom City. Have fun on vacation, lather on the sunblock cause you can burn fast.

Destin is amazing. I'm from West of there. But I live in NJ now. All of my extended family lives in the area. My grandgirl lives there and it's one of our favorite beaches to visit. Crab Island is fun it can get rowdy though. There are banana boat rides parasailing and the boardwalk offers a lot of games and entertainment. I wish I was down during your visit I would love to just give you a hug and tell you how much you've made me smile through your channel.

I'm so thankful you do make videos. I love your stories and I love the fact you don't go super fast. It's a pet peeve of mine. I realize that sometimes creators have busy lives but if they flash and item on the screen I can't always tell what it is. I turned 60 last fall. I don't much like it but the world didn't come to an end. LOL Also. I think Angela said she has two phones. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I just wanted you to know you are appreciated it. All my love sweetheart. Also, we have been married 23 years this summer and have only spent 1 night away from the house. My hubby would rather spend our money on the farm and on the house he and his dad built. And it is needed. So I just go to Branson with my daughter a couple of times a year and found out how homesick and how much I miss him. But I love getting to do something and spend time with my child and grand children. Ok, nuff from me lol.

Just check off the items as you pack. Maybe each of the older girls can make their own lists as well. You would only be responsible for Abigail, your husband and yourself. We girls are so high maintenance . Am I right? My favorite dress was actually the first one with no sleeves. Don’t worry about not liking your arms or even feeling less confident about your body. As we age we must dress the body we now have; not the body we wish we had!! Believe me at 70, I know all too well!! Loved watching your video as I always do. Lots of love from North Carolina!!
Diane, I have 5 kids and have been going to the beach for atleast 15 years. We always went on a budget to be able to afford to go for just a week.
Over the years I have learnt what to take, how to pack and what to expect from the places you rent from. We went to Destin once, mainly because it’s very over crowded and expensive. If you are 58:10 58:14 eating out every night, that’s a good place. We go to Navarre Beach, which is about 30 minutes west of Destin depending on the traffic.
It is more family friendly and a little less expensive.
If you would like me to share with you how I pack, what you need for the ocean and what we take I’d be more than happy to. It will save you money from buying stuff you already have and don’t need.

The first and third pair of glasses were so nice and I love your animal print dress. Yes taking throws is a good idea because you don't want to damage the people white furniture. My mom got dentures when she was in her 30s. She has never taken them out at night. She keeps them really clean, brushes them before bed and in the morning, and she's never had a problem. Can't say whether it would cause issues for you or not, but she has done just fine. You look great! I just turned 60 last week. I thought it would bother me more than it did. Just a number, right? I am happy and healthy and thankful!

It's a very common thing that as we get older , we really don't feel like a 60 or 70 year old , we still feel the way we always did many Birthdays ago, so when those numbers creep up it is so hard to believe we are that age ! 😕 Great you're doing so much better and that was a quick change around 😀

Dental pain is up there with the worst pains in my life. I’m so glad you are feeling better🙌super cute vacay dresses and I’m in love with that boho star sweater like shirt. Btw, I’ve purchased a couple of ring lights with the stands at goodwill and they work great. You can usually find them there, just make sure you test them in store. Our Goodwills in Cali let you bring back electronics within 48 hrs😊
Dianne my husband has had dentures his entire adult life and sleeps with them every night. Keep them clean and make sure nothing gets under them like a small fruit seed or something like that. They look beautiful❣️

I was hoping u would try the jumper on. My temu is finally coming in tomorrow. I ordered it on the 3rd. geesh. lol It seems like it takes longer and longer. Walmart has a big markup on those stands/lights etc. If u knew the truth, they probably order them from temu. lol You would think the Dentist would tell how to clean ur dentures and take them out at night etc BEFORE u go home in them. When I got my top teeth crowned, I also had a lisp. It went away really fast. Your teeth look fabulous and you being comfortable is a win-win.!! 😊
Diane....that's very strange the dentist told you not to sleep in your denture. When I first got mine, they told me to keep the upper in. It helps your mouth and tongue adjust to having the denture in your mouth. I just made sure the denture was clean after I showered at night and I brushed my mouth gently to make sure my mouth was clean as well and I never had any issues. If you're cautious...you'll know very quickly if any rash or issues comes up. And warm salt water rinses should take care of it quickly.

Dont worry about how you look in a swimsuit , once you go the beach i feel nobody cares, There are so many girls at the beach running around almost half naked. I have never taken mine out at night unless I had a sore spot and needed relief. I brush mine with toothpaste like normal.....most people have no idea I have them...and it's almost been 20 yrs and just now turned 61...so got them in my 40's....never had any problems once I got use to them.....U look so pretty and the the teeth are beautiful.....

Hi Diane, you certainly are back to your bubbly self. It was awful to see the pain in your face. You look amazing in yellow. My mum has dentures from her 30s and used to always put her teeth to soak every night and brushed them every morning with denture powder. She hated anyone seeing her without her teeth. In those days people didn't expect to keep their teeth in middle age let alone old age. You are looking fabulous 💗💗👵🏴🌹🌹

I had it done on Wednesday. They did tell me to wear them to bed for the first 5 days. I am 3 days out. I am in a lot of pain. They don’t fill like they are sitting right. I am going back on Monday I am scared they won’t ever feel like they fit together. I also had bruising. I look like I have been hit in the face right now. This has been way more painful than I expected. .you look and are talking fantastic. My speech is still lispy.
Mine are still not sitting right this will be my second adjustment and I still can't eat hardly anything they wobble and they feel like they're hitting way too high up on my gums and I am still in pain this has been harder than I thought I'm right there with you.
@@dianabennett9818 That makes me feel a little better I was worried I was abnormal. I hate that we are both going through this. I go for my first adjustment tomorrow. I am only eating soft or soupy foods. My mind is ready for real food, I just need my mouth to catch up.

Congratulations on losing 5 pounds 😊 also I have had mine for the last 5years and I take them out to clean and back in they go I have never had to take them out at night but this is my permanent not temporary maybe that makes a difference.My dentist also told me not to use toothpaste because it was abrasive but to just clean it with a liquid soap

I might have a solution for you -- an alternative to wanting to sleep with your dentures in. Get a mouth guard, they are made to sleep in. Supposed to stop people from grinding their teeth in their sleep. Your dentist can make you one. Rather expensive but insurance paid for mine. There are over the counter versions. I'd just be sure it is made out of a material that is safe to have in your mouth for such a long time.

My daughter goes to Destin every year on vacation. I will ask her the best places to go and things to do. I do know that the groceries cost more there and they charge tax on groceries so, you might want to take food with you.
